Where do I begin!? Having to ask 4 times for a jug of sangria instantly puts a bad taste in one’s mouth. We arrived when the restaurant was empty and started with a couple of coffees and waters before asking for the menu. Once we had decided we placed the order and explained thoroughly how we would appreciate it served in English (and Spanish) and our waiter was very friendly.. however people drifted in rather quickly and you see that the service just couldn’t cope! The food came out in no order. Our plates and cutlery were removed with no replacement even thought new food was being delivered and by this point it was time to ask for the fourth time, where is our single jug of sangria!?!? We remained polite throughout but it really did ruin the whole experience which was a shame because we have had good experiences in the past. Now for context it was not full, maybe 10 tables at most. So why the team couldn’t manage or cater on basic service is beyond me. Seeing other tables (non British) getting flawless service around us really does make you think!!!!!! ES: Mala idea nos dio de ir a comer en este establecimiento 👎👎 Hemos pedido 3 solomillo que salieron con un motón de sal es decir que ya era para esconder algo malo de la carne🤨 pero peor, uno de los solomillos estaba pasado y con gusto a carne averiadas🤮 .... La cambiaron finalmente, pero sin cambiar las ganituras que iban de acompañamiento 😏 y todo eso sin nigunas disculpa por la molestia 😡 las patatas que iban con los solomillos era secas y se veían recalentadas😒 había también hot-dogs, il las salchichas igualmente tatotalmente secas se veían que ya estaban pasadas 😡. Esta gente de cocineros no tienen nada de nada y de atención al cliente muy, pero muy mala👎👎 hemos pagado sin hacer historia por respeto a los 3 clientes que estaba allí.... Pero ellos (dos idiotas detras de la barra) cuando ya estuvimos lejos nos insultaron creían que no le entendía pero pero si que si....😡 En fin, hace mas de 20 anos que vengo en este lugar y la verdad es que si este pueblo no purga los malos establecimientos como este, pues los clientes se iran en Garrucha o Vera o Águilas para tener, para elegir sin quedarse con el malo....😒👎😡

FR: Quelle mauvaise nous avons eu idée d'aller manger dans cet établissement 👎👎 Nous avons commandé 3 filets de bœuf qui sont sortis avec beaucoup de sel, c'est signe que cela visait à cacher quelque chose de mauvais dans la viande🤨 mais pire encore, l'un des filet était passé et avait le goût de viande avarié 🤮.... Ils l'ont finalement changé , mais sans changement des garnitures qui l'accompagnaient 😏 et tout ça sans aucune excuse pour la gêne occasionnée 😡 les pommes de terre qui accompagnaient les filets étaient sèches et avaient l'air réchauffées 😒 il y avait aussi des hot-dogs, et les saucisses étaient aussi complètement sèches avaient l'air comme s'ils elles étaient déjà cuites depuis longtemps 😡. Ces gens n'ont rien du tout de cuisiniers et ont un très très mauvais service client👎👎 nous avons payé sans faire d'histoire par respect pour les 3 clients qui étaient là.... Mais eux (deux idiots derrière le bar) quand nous étions déjà loin, ils nous ont insultés, ils pensaient que je ne les comprenais pas, mais oui, oui....😡 Quoi qu'il en soit, je vais sur Terreros depuis plus de 20 ans et la vérité est que si cette ville ne purge les mauvais établissements comme celui-ci, et bien les clients iront à Garrucha ou Vera ou Águilas pour avoir du choix , sans se rabattre sur des gargotes comme...

Absolutely charming and fun waiting staff - 3 young men. They were attentive, helpful and a great working team. Excellent service and great food. We enjoyed lubina (sea bass) and calamari (squid) from the barbecue, along with a salad.

The only minor disappointment was the breaded jalapeños which were slightly cold; they're clearly (& unsurprisingly) just a bought item put in a fryer from chilled/frozen. They were still tasty and admittedly we didn't mention this to the staff as everything was otherwise perfect.

I'd highly recommend Henrok. The staff are outstanding. I loved that all the waiters took your orders and delivered them so you weren't reliant on just one person. And all the tables got the same great attention. It was...
