This is the kind of establishment which is looking for acceptance of being something special - absolutely rude staff no education at all, frustrated that they don’t get the recognition they feel they deserve, and obviously so incredibly busy with offering a service to their existing clients. We were passing by wanting to look physically at the menu (a barcode, how classy), however passing by, the dog wanted to “sent” a cornerstone”… A lady (remember being busy with clients), rushed out on the street and cased after me, allowing herself to accusing the dog having “made a mark”. Not only was the accusation completely unfounded, in addition her manager (or some kind of gentleman who wanted to involve himself as well) was provoking the dog with his arm gestures, prompting the dog to get a bit nervous. Anyway, no assumptions from my side (as there is always two sides to a story, right?) Nevertheless, its the small things that makes the difference, I will certainly ensure no one in my circles will spent a cent with La Casa - also I will ensure your reputation (word of mouth) is communicated accordingly. I look forward to pass by your establishment again, who knows, you might be chasing us and other potential customers down the street again (once your desperation of acceptance catches up...

Cena que termina en intoxicación Fuimos a cenar cuatro personas la pasada noche del sábado, el sitio cuando llegamos pues es muy bonito y el personal fue agradable. Pedimos varios entrantes para compartir de la carta y una ensalada fuera de carta de las recomendaciones. Dos personas pidieron como plato principal calamar y los otros dos pedimos el chateaubriand, luego un postre a compartir. todo bien salimos contentos del establecimiento porque todo había estado rico, quizás el filete que en la carta pone que es para dos (57€) pues bueno lo esperaba algo mayor, pero la ración era aceptable ya depende de la cantidad que coma cada uno Lo malo vino al día siguiente, los dos que comimos carne prácticamente a la vez empezamos con una gastroenteritis brutal, mi amigo además con bonitos, ambos con fiebre, una noche que mejor no describir y al día siguiente, pues igual. El martes cuando ya pude retirarme del baño, fui al médico, como tengo seguro privado me hicieron una analítica y en una hora tenía los resultados y el informe me dice que tengo una bacteria, que o bien de la carne, o bien la persona que la manipuló estaba enfermo. Pues al salir del hospital voy a la farmacia a comprarme los medicamentos, que además está en la calle de al lado del restaurante porque vivo en el pueblo, como estaba abierto me acerco para informarles pensando que puede que tengan mercancía en mal estado y para tratar de evitar que le pase a otra persona, en ese momento que acababan de abrir estaban los camareros y los cocineros el camarero muy educadamente me dice que como luego se lo va a tener que explicar a la encargada, que si no me importaba que le dejase mi número y ella me llamaba directamente en cuanto llegase. Han pasado dos días y nadie se ha preocupado por nada. Todo el mundo puede tener un producto que sin saberlo se te estropee la nevera o incluso te lo traiga así el proveedor, lo que no es aceptable es que un cliente te diga que sea intoxicado y tú te...

Great food, but staff unfriendly on arrival, with an attitude (on our third visit). They reluctantly moved us to a table, as we didn't want to sit where they assigned us. We thought it was because the place was busy, but finally there was only one other table of 2 people the whole evening. We were 4 at our table. 45 euros per person, without desserts, and sharing two starters. At that price, even with great food, they should have a bit less of an attitude with the customers. I probably won't be returning again, or recommending to others!...
