Restaurant Can Roig — Restaurant in Roda de Berà

What an incredible experience we had last night at this gem of a restaurant.

We were greeted by the chef on arrival who had kept the restaurant open late for our last minute booking, he was extremely kind and friendly explaining the menu and offering suggestions and recommendations.

We followed the recommendations and they didn't disappoint, we had the most incredible meal. The food was cooked to perfection from a chef who clearly loves his work and has a passion for his food.

The chef explained each dish as it came out, where the ingredients were sourced (all local, and some grown in his own garden!). We accompanied the meal with a glass of local wine which was superb!

I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough, the venue itself was quaint and picturesque, the food was perfect, and the chef Antonio was a wonderful host.

I am spending a few days vacation on the Spanish coast, namely Roda de Bará. Last evening I took my wife and children (9 and 5) to "Can Roig", a very cozy and comfortable restaurant. Service was corteous and helpful. We had a splendid dinner. All we ordered was delicious, meats, fish, etc., etc., also the children menus.
