I love coming to Gran Canaria, and I especially love the cycle from Maspalomas to Ayagaures. This year, Bar Eva is the wonderful find in this area of natural beauty. Located on the wide plaza in Ayagaures, the view from Bar Eva is as breathtaking as the cycle up! But what a reward; ice-cold drinks, the most delicious tapas, and a really friendly welcome from Eva. And the sunshine is free. If you know his part of Gran Canaria, and you already know the other great spot for tapas in Ayagaures, I recommend you try Bar Eva. Bar Pilancones is undoubtedly one of the best places I've eaten at. The homemade cooking, authentic and full of flavor, perfectly reflects the island's values. It’s nothing like the touristy commercial areas near the coast, which I’ve reviewed poorly because they only seem interested in their profits. Here, the relationship is genuine, the hospitality is warm, and the food is prepared with passion, just like in the old days.
