This is my first visit to this restaurant, but definitely not my last. The place is amazing! From the very entrance, the staff is wonderful, friendly, smiling, helpful! The interior and decor wow! Despite full occupancy and no reservations, there was a table for a family with a child. Also noting this full occupancy...it was still very comfortable inside. There was no noise, no crowd... it was perfect :)

And now the most important thing, the dishes. That's the cherry on top of this wonderful cake... The dishes were PERFECT! Red tuna tartar, toasted butter brioche and caviar. I haven't enjoyed tuna tartare as much as this in a long time. I had lobster in tempura, pico de gallo of mango, guacamole and chipotle mayo. For dessert Asian torrija with yuzu cream, caramelised pistacchio and lychees ice cream 🤤🤤 Everything prepared on site. Huge congratulations. This visit will stay in my memory for a long time ❤️♥️ 5 stars isn't enough... but I give it such big MAX...

Sidecar is located near the hotel spa. We entered by walking into the main door to the ground floor bar area, with sidecars entrance an immediate turn to the right.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming.

They gave us the perfect amount of time to choose drinks and decide what we wanted to eat, which we really liked.

We opted for 5 dishes to share, with a bottle of Bollinger (you can get taittinger at any of the other hotel bars, but this is the only place you can get Bolli). We weren't disappointed.

I won't spoil the magic but every dish was fantastic, especially the tuna, lobster tacos, and squid sandwich with charcoal...

Terrible experience. Stay away from here. The waiter was drunk I think and kept making stuff fall. Finally he managed to drop all over me a plate of sardines and their stinky sauce. Very pretentious place but very boring vibe and unprofessional. Most of the food was damaged by very bad sauces and the service really bad. The decoration is ok but I don’t recommend it at all not just for the food but also for the service. Walking out of it stinky from sardines was just unbelievable and still hungry for not even one plate was ok. In the middle of the mountain, no atmosphere, boring and...

Absolutely outstanding Michelin quality food, better than at any top UK restaurants I frequent to. I’m so impressed. The chef is very very talented and the flavour combinations are very bold but make complete sense. I’ve been eating here each night of my stay at Salobre. This restaurant doesn’t belong to the hotel though, it’s on the premises but it’s a separate entity. I must say, superior to buffet at the hotel.

Really nice selection of high class tapas in a lovely location. It's a bit of a trek to get to, unless you are in the area or have transport available. The food is a range of innovative tapas dishes with blends of style and cuisine. It is more expensive than other restaurants nearby (ish) but if you fancy treating yourself I would thoroughly recommend it.

This restaurant is absolutely lovely, gorgeous tapas food really high quality. It’s perfect if you are staying at the Salobre as it’s on site. Highlights were the squid sandwiches and the octopus gyozas! Only thing is it’s quite expensive and you don’t get that much food so we did leave a little hungry! Quality over quantity for sure.
