Expectation Management: Referring solely to the restaurant: The place is cozy. Personnel speaks decent English which helps if you don’t know Spanish. For the food it depends on what you are looking for. I would say they serve decent international food but nothing stands out either. If you are looking to get canarian food: The most canarian thing you will find on the menu is croquettes. Meat is roasted to the point but the vegetables clearly come from the freezer. Same goes for the seafood which is a shame really. (If you are looking for daily fresh local seafood go to Casa Andrés just down the road.) Regarding beverages, they got a contract with Heineken. So for beer it’s Heineken only.

It's a mixed bag really. Despite the nice location the amount of convenience-food and the lack of thoughtfully prepared local dishes makes the place average at best. Vice versa this might be a plus if the place is full or if you come with a big group of people since this kind of food scales...

Been several times for lunch at the weekends.The service just seems to get worse. The latest incident having waited with long intervals during the meal was the dessert just didn't appear on asking was told that our desserts had gone to the table next to ours. What a coincidence they had ordered the same. A fellow diner was complaining that the starters had been served but not the wine or drinks. Really do need to get their act together as the food is good but organization of Kitchen and waiting staff ruins the experience. We went here for dinner because the photos on maps looked great. The place looked gorgeous, the gardens and the restaurant itself was nicely lit and designed. We ordered two starters and two main dishes. It was a huge amount of food! So if you are a small eater maybe share a starter.

The food itself was absolutely great. Really nice flavors and textures.

The only downside was the service. The waitress was not really friendly, and only offered drinks once. After our main dish was served we were forgotten about and when we wanted to pay we had to find her. I guess this was incidental so all in all a...
