Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in San Fernando

Greatest Fosters's Hollywood I've ever been at. And certainly one of my favorite restaurants of all time.

I ate here on a multitude of occasions when I was younger. And now, probably 8 years later, I've confirmed that it is still the same Gem of a restaurant that it was all those years ago.

Sadly, they changed the menu, which contained a favorite dish of mine. And still, 6.5/5 Stars.

Incredibly well cooked food. We both ordered Steaks (The NewYorker), I'd dare say they were the 2nd best cooked steaks I've ever eaten. Nothing short of perfect.

Amazing, polite and fast service, even at rush hour. [We were served by a brown-skinned man, with some "guns" (big, athletic arms)]

And the atmosphere is still the same as 8 years ago. Just the right amount of background noise, some cool vintage movie posters, the iconic wooden-colored arquitecture, and the iconics long red seats.

Definitely a Need to visit. And I will make sure to come back as soon as possible.

Edit [30/11/24]: Came and ate here before watching Gladiator II at the cinema. They didn't have the steak I usually eat due to a supply chain situation so I choose to try the ribs instead. And I gotta tell you... GODDAMN GODDAMN GODDAMN They we're goodamn tasty. Perfectly cooked, separated from the bone like a knife cuts thru hot butter and at a quite affordable price. It also was served pretty fast, so no long waits

Honestly, top 2 ribs I've ever eaten 10/10✨

Foster Hollywood ha ido evolucionando desde que salió cómo negocio de comida rápida premium. No nos vamos a confundir esto no es un burger King McDonald's o equivalente. La carta de lo que ofertan ha bajado considerablemente en calidad, peso y en el número de productos ofertados, no así como el precio que ha llegado incluso a duplicar.

Partiendo de esa base la reseña de hoy viene del Foster del Bahia Sur donde hemos realizado una comida 4 adultos 2 niños y 2 adolescentes. Lo primero y Más importante es que estos negocios funcionan por el motor que los lleva , las personas y decir que en este aspecto IMPECABLE E INTACHABLE. Nos Atendió Yolanda y desde el primer saludo hasta el último Adiós ha sido lo que se puede esperar de una trabajadora profesional correcta y atenta.

Bravo por ella y por la imagen de Foster al tenerla trabajando, como parte de su empresa.

Limpieza , el local cumple con creces desde suelos baños y ambiente, otro punto a Favor.

Ahora vamos a la comida

La comida , lo mejor La Ensalada Cobb relacion calida Precio casi 13€ pero la mas grande que he tomado. Es plato acertado.

En cuanto a las hamburguesas Sabrosas , a petición ( poco hechas, al punto o muy hechas ) pero extremadamente caras en comparacion a años anteriores, a ver, que los precios suben pero casi duplicarlos quitando tamaño y contenido aun siendo guarnición como que nó. Muy mal Foster!

Si vas con dinero es buena opción, quizas la mejor pero que sepas que han encarecido excesivamente el precio de lo que ofrecen.

Foster Hollywood has been evolving ever since it was launched as a premium fast food business.

Let's not get confused this is not a King McDonald's burger or equivalent.

The menu of what they offer has dropped considerably in quality, weight and in the number of products offered, not as well as the price that has even doubled.

Starting from that base, today's review comes from the Foster del Bahia Sur where 4 adults, 2 children and 2 adolescents have had a meal.

The first and most important thing is that these businesses work because of the engine that drives them, the people and to say that in this aspect IMPECCABLE AND IMPECCABLE.

Yolanda attended us and from the first greeting to the last goodbye, she has been what can be expected from a correct and attentive professional worker.

Bravo for her and for the image of Foster having her work, as part of her company.

Cleanliness, the place more than complies with the floors, bathrooms and environment, another point in favor.

Now let's go to the food

The food, the best. The Cobb Salad, warm value. Price almost €13, but the biggest I've had. It is the right dish.

As for the Tasty hamburgers, on request (rare, medium or well done) but extremely expensive compared to previous years, let's see, prices go up but almost double them, removing size and content even though they are garnishes like no. Too bad Foster!

If you go with money, it is a good option, perhaps the best, but you should know that the price of what they offer has become excessively expensive.

Justamente hemos estado esta noche cenando ahí, mi pareja y yo por los buenos comentarios de conocidos a la hora de comer un buen costillar. De hecho, el costillar es un plato que requiere exigencia en su preparación y por ese motivo muchas veces no me gusta pedir este tipo de productos porque seguramente me lleve una decepción. Comenzamos el picoteo con un cheese and bacon fried, seguido de un costillar con salsa bbq original acompañada de patata asada con salsa agria (recomendada por el camarero y cierto que le daba un buen sabor), el entrante bien no hay mucho que exigir a unas patatas fritas con queso y bacon, el bacon en su punto crujiente. Sin embargo, una gran decepción el costillar. Para comenzar la carne del costillar estaba recalentada y no estaba caliente, al comer la carne se notaba ese sabor de recalentado y encima no estaba caliente si realmente se dice que se hace en una parrilla. Luego la patata asada totalmente fría, ni siquiera estaba templada. Un decepción con letras mayúsculas, de hecho sentí vergüenza de comer ese plato al precio que se vende, no se corresponde el servicio y calidad, a lo pagado. He ido miles de veces a comer hamburguesas y nunca me ha ocurrido que me pongan una carne recalentada y una patata fría. Quizás fue fallo mío en el momento y comentar en sala que el plato no estaba en condiciones para servir y la carne ni siquiera recién hecha.

Lo siento, pero la clienta hay que cuidarla y hoy el costillar no tenía ese precio ni por asomo. El producto estrella hoy se...
