Me and my family went to dinner at this restaurant 3 adults and 2 children one of them with 4 years old) First, everything was fine and they arranged a table for us at the terrace.
We asked for the drinks and to eat just 3 pizzas to split for us. The waitress made the request and come again saying that we cannot ask just 3 pizzas as we were 5, so the minimum request is one plate for each people no matter the age or condition but as we were there for the first time they will consider our request but for future time we were advised. We accept what the waitress said because we understand that was followed by his boss!
After that, a group of 10 people arrived and they started to improvise a table with foldable tables next to us.
After being 45 minutes waiting for the pizzas they started to serve pizza to the 10 people group that arrived after us.
As a normal person I claimed saying that we should be served first as we asked pizza first and the waitress said that ours should be ready in 2 minutes.
Talking with the boss, he said that the 10 people group was already there when I arrived, stating that I was lying when he was doing that with all the theeth he had in my front. Very annoying!!
After that I understood that I was dealing with a malformed person and I asked for the bill and for the complaint's book. He made me to pay first and after that gave me a paper to make my complaint. As expected he didn't lend a pen but the restaurant next to them did! This shows the lack of professionalism and frontality!
My written complaint at the restaurant was similar to this text and we wrote on it, in spanish "ES TODO MENTIRA" saying that everything I said was all lies...
Usually I don't write any review but now I need to share the kind of people that we are dealing with when going to a social place where people should be trained to socialize and solve issues.
He stated that this is normal in procedures in Spain!! If he is right I'm very sorry for you Spanish people... I just need to say that I have been visiting Spain for many years and I never been treated this way! Additionally, I went on another pizza restaurant near and it was a much better experience!!
The only good thing on the restaurant was "Sangria especial".
Shame on you Pizzeria Trattoria...
Read moreWhat a horrible experience.
The owner treated us like we were some type of criminals.
Context: The restaurant was completely empty, it was just opening. We came to order pizza take away. We placed our order & payed. And we sat down on the chairs of a table, (there was NO ONE) in the restaurant. (Ps: I need to sit down often because of health issues)
The owner asked us to get up from the chairs because the tables are booked, we told him we are waiting for our take away pizza only, he insisted we get up and that we can wait at the bar.
At the bar I sat on the 1 available chair at the bar, and the owner once again asked me to get down bc it is his chair 😂 (I couldn’t even invent this sh*t if I wanted to.) just RUDE.
And finally, the pizza was genuinely the weirdest I have ever had. It was normal pizza dough, it felts like a strange pan fried bread. The filling / toppings were very bland. Overall I had a horrible experience in the little 20mins I waited at the restaurant + had a stomach ache after the tasteless pizza.
What a horrible experience. Totally do NOT recommend. I would have left at the first sign of disrespect if we hadn’t...
