Found this place by google suggestion based on “steak” search and also as the website looked really promising but to our surprise we were served with an piece of meat that’s not even a cut that we ordered for.

When we asked why the menu doesn’t looked like the website, we were simply told that it’s now been a different owner since a year ago and they haven’t update the website yet.

I feel scammed 😂 the prices are relatively high than even the quality of the food served.

We were a family of four and none of any of the foods were proper.

On the contrary, I finished your cheap steak because i haven’t had any food the whole day, in that state I can even eat a whole elephant 😂 and on my review on top I never state that your food is not eatable. I tasted maybe 4 of your hard potato wedges and the thin slices of cucumber on top of the salad but not the greens because you know well it was old. My husband even complained that your burger was burnt and overly cooked - DRY.

To simply put this, as an honest advise:

I’d recommend you correct your website ASAP because it’s misleading. Such a shame to have people come and drive that far just to be handed a different menu not par from what it looks like in the website or tasted based on the previous reviews with the prior owner.

Educate your staffs about proper costumer service (your business’ blood line). Your menu is priced similar to places with fine setting and dining.

I’d rather spend same amount of money somewhere else where it’s worth the value with regards to quality and service as there are numerous around which offers way much better food and ambiance in same or even cheaper price.

Honestly I’d not hesitate to give a negative 1 star...

Lunch with friends today, 4 of us in total. We all decided to have the Sunday roast. The worst Sunday roast we have ever had! The vegetables were overcooked, stale - fausty taste, definitely not fresh, lumpy mashed potatoes, charred Yorkshire pudding and chewy meat. Both roast and mashed potatoes were included with the dinner, however when ordering a couple of us told the waitress they didn’t want mash, only the roast potatoes. Their dinner was served with just 2 roasts! Left half the food on the plate as I found it inedible. Used the ladies toilets which were in a terrible state. The toilet needed a good clean as it was foul smelling. There was a pair of trainers under the sink area, with a pair of rolled up socks tucked inside the trainers and a pile of screwed up clothes on the shelf next to the sink. The final straw was my husband and friend ordered a coffee which was undrinkable. I didn’t complain at the time as we were out with friends, who we rarely see, and didn’t want to spoil the afternoon. Couldn't give a lower review than 1 star. Arrived at 6pm (pre-booked with no mention of show inappropriate for children on phone or online) but didn't get fed until 7:45pm, with 3 young kids waiting for their dinner. When food finally arrived it wasn't edible. Children's fish fingers weren't even fish, they were processed cheap junk. Not enough staff so service was poor. The music started at 7:30pm and was so incredibly, unnecessarily loud that child cried as they were scared and we had to leave without eating. Oh and the "dinnertime" entertainment was a drag show who cursed a lot in front of very young children and talked about mast**bation, all before 8pm. Chould've waited till at least 9pm until children had finished dinner. Completely unnecessary. Won't be returning.
