Bunker Beach Club — Restaurant in San Roque

18AUGUST 2023 Salads was super nice but they didn’t have cheese for the cheeseburger 🤯 and fries and patatas bravas were undercooked(fried) Service is terrible. Unorganized and unprofessional. The hostess is terribly unfriendly and can’t handle her job neither organize a reservation. A pity since the place and the beach is lovely

22.AUGUST 20203 Today another very disappointing day at bunker beachclub. At 13.00 o’clock it was not very busy, Wanted a salad for takeaway but the girl in charge told the waiter that there’s NO TAKEAWAY (I had it few times before already, so didn’t understand why🙄 even the waiter was shocked to hear that) so i asked to eat quickly there, but she said, that I need to sign into the waiting list and there are more people before me… (there was half the tables free and it takes 10 minutes for eating that little bit of leafy greens, how can you prepare a table 1 hour in advance and send clients away. I was alone as well, so it would have been very easy to seat me anywhere. Think this girl with the headset is ruining the place, her colleagues looked embarrassed of her attitude and was uncomfortable to forward her reply’s. Anybody I recommended the beach here, had a negative experience with the bunker beach club. So I really hope something will change, so we can have some food at our favorite beach. Sadly it’s the only place to eat at this beach, so what a shame to have someone unorganized, incapable, unapologetical, rude and not welcoming in...

The renovation looks nice. The beer and wine is good. But 3 out of 4 main dishes on our table we did not like at all. The couscous with shrimp was tasteless. So my mom took 3 bites and left it. When the waiter (the staff is friendly) asked if we enjoyed our food after she saw we all didn’t eat much of our plates. We kindly said “unfortunately we did not.” And told her what dishes we didn’t like. Then she said “ok I am sorry” took the plates. We got the bill paid and left. That was our Bunker experience.

Apologies I meant the Quinoa salad with Prawn. We also had the octopus which was not great, the grilled squid which we left half of. Because of the location we where hoping it would be great, but in the end disappointing. ...

Taking last year‘s review of 4 stars down to 1 star. Would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Last night I witnessed the worst service I have ever seen! A manager who was inept and staff that ran around like beheaded chicken! Trocadero lasst summer was better after loosing their staff to La Reserva... What is up, Bunker Beach?? You have a prime spot there? Why can you not get service and food quality up while keeping the beach bar feeling? I witnessed a family being the only guests inside and counted 10 ‚blue shirt‘ staff around - it got so bad that the grandmother had to get up and get her own water a the bar witgh waiters standing around? At one point she just yelled out loud at a waiter? Please fix this as we love...
