Okay — Restaurant in San Roque

We went for Coffee and croissants this morning, we waited 20 minutes to be served, there were 4 staff that were more interested in cleaning tables and chatting to their friends than serving us we called them several times politely but they just ignored us; the waitress in charge was really miserable and unfriendly as if the customer ers were just being a pain wanting to be served. When our order came the coffee and food was excellent, then we had to wait another 20 mins to get the bill, it was such a real shame as they were not very busy I have been to the one in La Linea which was excellent with great friendly efficient staff btw the Cafe opposite was really busy, so I think people were aware of the...

Most times other restaurants in the area are full so okay is the only choice available, it does have a safe secure patio area which is brilliant for the children but , The management of okay in Pueblo Nuevo , sotogrande need a full staff change, it gets worse each time we go in. Food is either cold , wrong order, hard baguettes through over toasting or just simply thrown on the plate depending which staff are on , each plate of food appears in stages , we can never eat altogether!...shocking service...

Horrible service, 15 minutes of waiting outside and nobody comes to serve us (it is not busy at all). I come inside to order only to be tokd to wait outside and somebody is just coming out. Another 10 minutes of waiting and I just left. Avoid unless you have an hour to...
