PIKES IBIZA & RESTAURANTE S.L — Restaurant in Sant Antoni de Portmany

What was supposed to be a very nice evening in an outstanding place with great atmosphere went terribly wrong somehow.

We expected flawless food taking in mind there was a minimum spend of 85 Euro a person and a well known chef.

Unfortunately we we're proved wrong. It basically was not possible to eat the Serloin Steak priced 45 Euros as it was like chewing gum, hard to cut, eben harder to eat. Not what you expect for that price. The sides and stuff tasted nice, the meat not. The Chicken was kinda OK, some more flavor and spices would have made it better. And it wasn't that tender neither, rather "hard". Again, the Sides were nice, but for that kinda money I expect better. The Desserts were nice, the Starters OK.

And we haven't been the only one having troubles with the Steak, the table next to us who also had the Serloin also couldn't eat it and stopped "eating" after two or three cuts.

The place is very nice, the after Partys, which we basically came for, were amazing and are highly recommend, unfortunately at this point I can't...

We ate at Pikes' restaurant and that was generally a nice experience. The cocktails were great. As a starter we took the spicy tuna, which was very tasty and nicely balanced. The main course with skate wing was also well prepared and tasteful.

Unfortunately, the payse chicken was disappointing. The dish was not completely cooked, had a watery texture and lacked seasoning – really a shame.

After dinner we went to Freddy's. The atmosphere was good, cool music and wonderful dancing. A nice end to...

Great venue to either stay at or just drink, dine, and bathe. Great vibes and music. Never too old to visit this place. The food is of the highest quality. The Sunday lunch is well recommended, especially the pork belly or the veggie wellington. Quick service by excellent friendly staff. Great for chilling out in the Ibiza sunshine after dining. If you're heading for Ibiza, ensure you head to Pikes......but book in advance to avoid...
