Unfortunately had a terrible experience here. I’m very allergic to nuts and I informed the server of my allergy. We ordered dessert which our server assured me was nut free. However, I took one bite and immediately knew there were nuts. I asked the server to check again and she at first denied there were any nuts. Then checked with the chef and found out there were almonds in it. She told me she didn’t know almonds were nuts(!!) and her excuse was that in Spain, almonds are not considered nuts (This is false, as I’ve traveled to Spain multiple times and have not had issues communicating my allergies). After eating the dessert I experienced an awful allergic reaction— my throat started closing, my mouth was very itchy, and my stomach hurt. Thankfully, I did not experience anaphylaxis since my almond allergy isn’t that severe. While having the reaction all the server did was apologize— she didn’t call the manager or offer to call a hospital. She even tried to charge us for the dessert(!!) but I had it removed from the check. Nut allergies are very serious and thankfully my almond allergy is not so severe that I’d need hospitalisation. However, I’m appalled that this restaurant does not take allergies seriously. Should I have eaten a peanut, which I’m very allergic to, I could have needed hospitalisation. It’s a shame because the food was really great and the outdoor patio was beautiful. However, I can’t ever recommend a restaurant that doesn’t take food allergies seriously. I should also mention that our server also provided terrible service— she stepped on my friends foot, spilled water on our table, forgot to give us silverware, and when picking up the table’s plates, spilled some of the food on my plate! What a discovery ! Our party of 10 - the youngest 16 months, the oldest 63 , the rest mainly in their early 20s and 30's - booked a table for lunch today and were treated to some of the most exquisite natural food you will find on Ibiza or elsewhere. The restaurant's motto is " from the farm to the table " and the freshness of every ingredient bore testimony to that truth. Starting with a selection of all five of the fresh and beautifully-balanced sharing-starters, accompanied by good inexpensive wines and outstanding cocktails with a healthy twist, every individual person came away completely knocked out by this genuinely outstanding new discovery. Out of the main courses, my order of the bacon and cheese Angus burger with home made fries would rival any burger on the planet. The scallop salad was " Heavenly. One of the best dishes I have ordered in a long while " . The only fault with the three plates of lamb chops with garnish that were ordered was apparently that " they're so delicious but there is so much ! ". You get the picture ! Sometimes people and a commitment to an idea come together to produce something a bit special, and that is clearly what is going on here. We have already re-booked - this time for for dinner - before we fly out in 10 days time. It's a safe prediction that this restaurant, and it's friendly but not pushy staff , will become a staple of Ibiza's culinary world. Do yourself a favour and sample the delightful menu and service if you are on the island this Summer as there is sure to be a queue for a table this time next year....

Was really looking forward to our visit here. I am not one to leave reviews usually but our experience was unfortunately very disappointing :(
The location and setup is really beautiful.
To many faults in the service though.
Our entree arrived quite quickly but not the gin and tonics we ordered as a first drink. We had to ask about 3 times and they arrived after the entree was finished just before the main arrived, about 30 minutes wait for the first drink. Super annoying because I would normally take a wine and got stuck with gin and tonic to go with my main.
No apologies which I found quite rude…
Next mains arrived. I was obligated to send the Calamari back, it was way oversalted and overcooked which made it rubbery and inedible. I am not fussy and barely ever in my life sent a dish back but it wasn’t acceptable.
The waitress didn’t apologise or try to understand what was wrong, her attitude was very dismissive and cold, which I found super unprofessional considering the prices charged here.
Desserts were just ok really nothing special, coulis on the cheesecake and vanilla ice cream with the brownie both tasted very industrial.
Furthermore barely any staff wearing masks correctly, in July 2021 this is a concern!
