Food was good but far from great. Eggplant appetizer was highlight. Shrimp tacos were good. Tuna tartar was not good. We didn't eat more than a bite. The fish was overwhelmed with some oil that should have been forgotten. Tandoori pork main was too salty and I make better pork loin myself (and I'm not a very good cook). Simple stuff. Fresh and some tasty dishes but not good value.
Service was functional. No one bothered to ask why we didn't eat our tuna dish. The servers have a job to do and do it fine but without any obvious training that upscale restaurants usually have. No story to tell. No recommendations. No info about wines. Nobody will miss them when they are replaced by robots.
Atmosphere is a modern style that is beautiful but cold. You can hear a pin Drop. You can also hear the noise from the highway. Not warm, not fun, not funky. No vibe. No love. The architecture / design was the highlight here.

Read moreA Truly Special Dining Experience in Salvia. The most special restaurants I've visited in Ibiza. It really feels like a hidden gem. We went with few of friends and tried their new tasting menu, which was absolutely fantastic. It's impressive how they manage to take simple ingredients and transform them into such creative and delicious plates. Some of the standout dishes for me included the smoked watermelon with chimichurri – surprisingly unique and tasty! We also loved the leek with Parmesan and the avocado with masala. But the highlight, without a doubt, was the burger with sobrasada. Everything we tried was simply incredible. Beyond the food, the staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the place was just lovely. We had a fantastic time and definitely highly recommend if looking for a memorable meal in Ibiza. The kind a place makes you smile all the...
Read moreLast Tuesday we had the pleasure of trying Salvia’s blind tasting menu. Every dish that appeared was a complete surprise. Each one had a unique flavor, something that caught you off guard, yet also evoked something familiar. Everything felt special, this menu will not leave you indifferent.
We opted for the seven-course option (you can also choose five), but I believe seven is the most complete experience. For the wine, we went with a Pinot Noir recommended by the sommelier, and it was an excellent choice.
The atmosphere was absolutely stunning, everything was beautifully maintained, charming, and full of a special kind of magic.
I’ve tried other blind menus at different restaurants, but this one has something unique, something that truly defines it. I highly recommend experiencing this menu...
