EL PEOR SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DE TODA LA ISLA fui con mi pareja, pedimos poder tomar algo en una mesa a primera línea de vistas al mar, me dice el camarero que la mesa está reservada. le pregunto para qué hora ya que nosotros ibamos a estar poco rato, eran sólo las 17h y posiblemente podamos usarla antes de la reserva, nos dice que la tiene reservada YA. ok nos vamos a otra mesa, le pregunto a otro camarero y nos dice que hasta las 19h no tienen reserva, pero que ya tienen la mesa montada y no nos la van a dar. una mesa que esta vacía durante 2h pero que los camareros son tan vagos que no son capaces de recogerla y volverla a montar (dos manteles y dos sets de cubiertos) porque dentro de 2 horas tienen reserva (si, habéis leido bien, dentro de 2h!. VERGONZOSO. Cuando nos sentamos en otra mesa, pedimos la carta para pedir tapas pero no vuelven a abrir la cocina hasta las 19h. ok, pedimos unas cervezas. nos la traen en copas CALIENTES/ARDIENDO recién salidas del lavavajillas. le digo al camarero que cómo nos sirve la cerveza en copas ardiendo que por favor nos la enfríe. nos quita las copas de malas maneras y nos dice que no tienen tiempo para estas cosas que tienen mucho trabajo ( atención! tenían 4 meses llenas y eran 3 camareros! ) qué clase de respuesta es esa?? es como si pides un bistec y te lo sirven frío, te quejas y te dicen que ni tienen tiempo para servirlo caliente. igual de absurdo. le intenté explicar al camarero que una cerveza se ha de servir fría, y con este calor servirla en copa caliente no es un buen servicio. en ese momento el camarero hace un amago de cogernos las copas de cerveza, retirarlas y que nos fuéramos, nos dijo que si no nos gusta nos retira y .... que tienen mesas llenas todos los días!. vaya trato!!! en mi vida he visto algo similar. hay muchos restaurantes en ibiza con mucho flujo de trabajo y el mismo número de camareros con un trato exquisito. aquí lo único que merece la pena son las vistas. pero os aseguro que un mal trato del servicio puede amargarte toda la comida. no volveremos nunca. CERO RECOMENDABLE.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE WHOLE ISLAND I went with my partner, we asked to have a drink at a table in front of the sea view, the waiter tells me that the table is reserved. When we sit at another table, we ask for the menu to order tapas but they don't open the kitchen again until 19h. ok, we order some beers. they bring them to us in HOT/BURNING glasses just out of the dishwasher. i tell the waiter that how can he serve us beer in burning glasses and ask him to please cool it for us. he takes the glasses away from us in a bad way and tells us that they don't have time for this kind of things, they have a lot of work ( attention! they had 4 months full and there were 3 waiters! ) what kind of answer is that? it's like if you ask for a steak and they serve it cold, you complain and they tell you that they don't even have time to serve it hot. just as absurd. I tried to explain to the waiter that a beer has to be served cold, and with this heat to serve it in a hot glass is not a good service. at that moment the waiter made an attempt to take our beer glasses, remove them and tell us to go away, he told us that if we don't like it he will take us back and .... that they have full tables every day! There are many restaurants in ibiza with a lot of work flow and the same number of waiters with an exquisite treatment. here the only thing worthwhile...

In spite of being a restaurant with the most succulent food which comes at a price, you have to know a bit about the Spanish culture. Spanish restaurants are you eat top good quality food are never luxurious, on the contrary they are with plastic tables and paper napkins and tablecloths, only the guests dress up. Do not be taken aback by the forward apparently rude waiter: none of the waiters are rude, they are Spanish they are correct and no nonsense and no flowers!! Except the culture, except the way they handle the service, do not compare to your country and have a Spanish experience! It is one of the top restaurants in Ibiza. Read moreMoin, We were in Portinatx from May 30th, 2024 to June 8th, 2024. We visited the bay one day. Access by car is possible, parking spaces are available. The view is magnificent, the bay very clean, no garbage to be seen, not even on the beach. We only visited the beach bar for a cocktail (price for two Aperol Spritz EUR 16.00). The price/performance ratio is therefore very good. The drinks were very tasty and of a good size, not a rip-off. We felt welcome. We sat at a table overlooking the bay in the shade of trees. There are enough seats on the terrace. We can't say anything about the quality of the food, the dishes we saw other guests eating looked very good. The smell from the kitchen was very pleasant, not greasy, not burnt. The toilets were very clean, hygiene is also very important here. It's worth a visit. Sunny greetings...
