Despite being recommended this restaurant by the hosts of the villa we were staying at nearby the actual evening was a complete disaster. The restaurant itself is actually laid out well (at least the outside, we didn’t make it inside), however the restaurant isn’t signposted properly so our taxi dropped us off at the back entrance and we basically came in the wrong way. Once we got in there was no host/hostess to greet us or take us to our table so we were just standing about for a few minutes (this was the case even if you came in the correct entrance). Eventually we sat ourselves outside and it took another 4-5 minutes before anyone even greeted us or gave us a drinks menu. We then ordered drinks and some starters; these took about 10-15 minutes to come however we had to order the drinks twice before they were acknowledged. The main problem was the main course which took 1 hour and 30 minutes to come and it was clear they had forgotten to put this through as the waitress we had even came over to ask if we’d ordered more food, despite only having had prawn crackers and gyoza’s to start. The food itself was pretty average and does not correspond with the cost of eating here. It’s set off of a main road so it’s not like you are paying for the location either, with much better views at restaurants in Ibiza Town. We also had a total of 5 waiters/waitresses throughout the night so no wonder no one knew what was going on. All told I wouldn’t waste your time coming here as there are much better, much cheaper restaurants in Ibiza offering an all round...
Read moreDishes not bad, and well presented! We are writing this review with suggestion of service improvement. Quite expensive prices for what we get (10 pieces of sushi, 24€??? It is not really worth.. other places offer 40 pieces for this price, and same or more tasty, honestly. Mini-beer for 4€, wines starting at 30€ when we know real costs are quite lower...etc.
The real only thing we did not like was the attitude of one of the waitresses who reacted badly with us because we did not want to pay € 1 which is Optional of course and it is automaticallt included in the bill withour asking you. Very innapropiate! And quite unfair. This € is for a good matter, in theory, as a donation to NGOs: The restaurant has the added value that works with an NGO to clean the sea of plastic. We like this but we really did not like the approach. they charge you € 1 on the bill without notifying or explaining what it is about, and obviously we are not going to pay without being sure of what is behind. I think that despite good intention, it should not be handled like this, with misinformation. Suggestion: You could include it in the menu or explain to the client, charge it to the most popular plate and report on the menu, we would pay more comfortable!.

Read moreI have to be honest here. The food was great and welcoming was delightful, but from there everything related to service was disappointing. I can't understand why we need to be asked over three times if we wanted some water, even before we were even accommodated the waitress was already trying to sell a 8€ tap filtered bottle of water which we had to reject 4 times in total. Then I have to say that there is a "magician" that offered us to do some tricks, and we agree as we thought that it could be fun, but then after 1 minute of "cards tricks" he started demanding money from us so we had to pay for a "show" we didn't asked. And at the end we asked for the bill to a short lady and she said that no problem and she was supposed to bring it to us, we were waiting for more than 15 minutes and that lady was attending every table but not ours. Finally we had to ask for the bill again to another waitress which finally brought it to us. Not planning to go back to this place or even recommend it to anyone, food might be great but bad service is just something I do...
