Restaurante Cala Boix — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

Food is mediocre, and the service was not very pleasant. We had a reservation at 4 with a pre ordered vegetarian paella, and when we arrived they really pushed us to order as the kitchen was closing at 5. They were pretty rude the whole time, like they were bothered we were even there (one of the only tables). We ordered a gazpacho which was one of the worst we ever tasted, the paella was tasteless and full with oil, and the beef that the 4th person ordered medium, came completely rare, and after complaining came completely over cooked.

We give at least 2 stars, as the location is good and some of the staff were nice.

If you want a veggie paella, this is not the place. Definitely better places...

Wandered into this place more or less by accident halfway through a long hilly cycle ride when I realised I was in need of lunch. Turned out to be probably the best meal I had in Ibiza. I had the grilled squid with chips and salad - absolutely delicious squid, lovely and moist in a garlicky sauce and served in a generous portion. Este restaurante es el que gestiona el único parking público de la zona. Lo pasan de parking libre a parking de pago a su antojo. Tapando la señal de parking libre con un saco cuando les parece bien. Sin escrupulos a la hora de poner a un niño de.11 años a controlar el acceso a pleno sol. Dicen que te cuesta 5 euros que luego te descuentan de la cuenta del restaurante. Un enfoque que te da medida de.lo que te espera en el restaurante. Ya he visto comentarios de camareros prepotentes. En línea de como gestionan el parking. Dicen que es privado y que lo gestionan como quieren. Pero las señales que utilizan no te hacen ver que sea privado sino público. Un flaco favor para el turismo de la isla que ya se está empezando a hartar de tanto parking privado ilegal y parking en zonas pseudo prohibidas y peligrosas. Un 1 para este restaurante. Además el acceso al parking es muy peligroso. Mi coche rozo con piedras por dos veces. Si es privado a ver si lo arreglan! Y que se decidan de una vez a cobrar por aparcar o dejarlo libre para todo el mundo. Sin ligarlo al restaurante al que están haciendo...
