San Carlos Bar Restaurante — Restaurant in Santa Eulària des Riu

I’ve been to Ibiza many times, but it’s the first time I went to San Carlos Restaurant and I absolutely loved it. Beautiful place, amazing food and lovely stuff. ✨

As a vegetarian I didn’t try any meats, but I can definitely recommend vegetables tempura, burrata with dried tomatoes and olives, grilled pizza and gnocchi with cheese sauce. 🌱 For dessert you have to try their delicious tiramisu. 🍰

Also, I drank the best sangria in my life - not too sweet, not too sour, lots of fruits and delicious cava. 🍹

I have only one complaint- please don’t use the plastic straws and don’t hurt the turtles and other...
