Muy rico!!! The location of the restaurant is lovely, in the middle of nature, beautiful views, friendly staff and fast serving. Next door is the archelogical site of "La Fortaleza" which is also interesting to visit. The food was a pleasure to enjoy. Great portions, local food of good quality and taste. My favorite were the croquettas de cabra. Also the ropa vieja, salad, tomato bread, meat from the grill and papas arrugras with salsa mojo were super tasty! Prices are very reasonable. We stopped by after a walking tour round Fortaleza. We have been hungry, however, to be honest, our expectations were not particular high when we walked in. We thought a quick cafe and than have dinner once we are back in town. We change our mind rather soon once we have tasted the excellent coffee. So we offered food and got surprised: the tapas were excellent! We really enjoyed the food. The chef was in good mood, too, and gave us some HoneyRum. Such a great little authentic Cañarían restaurant. We stopped here on the back from Roque Nublo, heading towards San Augustín. We shared the Tapas for two and we’re treated to a delicious selection of home-cooked dishes, and for a very reasonable price. It was clearly a popular destination for locals, which says a lot considering it’s very remote location. We thought we were completely lost until we stumbled across the village.
