Cafestore — Restaurant in Santomera

I use the cafes on both sides of the highway. Originally it was a convenient stop for me when flying in and out of Alicante, (I live near Velez Rubio), but now I drive to and from scotland. It means I am thankfully at the end of my journey south, or prepairing myself for my journey north. Although it is next to the road it has a peaceful feeling about it, not overcrowded and a need to hurry you through. It is always clean, no matter what time of day or night I stop. The staff are polite and professional, even with my limited Spanish. They also must clean their coffee machines on a regular basis, as I have never had a bad tasting coffee here. I am visiting again and forgot to mention the air conditioning is...

Food excellent People very nice Beer good. We spent about 30 Euros on meal and beers total Went to get shower . They charge 4 Euros per shower. Per person. But we had just spent 30 Euros on food and beer . Why??? Lady was nice and just said my boss.... You expect to pay for one shower ok give them that. Then we were told have to wait a hour for cleaning as some dirty bas....... Had made a mess and nasties in there... We stop here a lot as its near our reload place. Its a good place to relax and stay over night... Very disappointed .. Shame as the ladies are very pleasent and understand our language problem.. We get round it be signs and the menu it partly...

Grata sorpresa con la comida! A pesar de que los precios son elevados como en todas las áreas de servicio hay que felicitar por su comida. La paella de verduras es buenísima, te la pueden calentar si lo deseas e incluso solicitamos limón y sin problema nos lo pusieron, el pollo con patatas muy Bueno también, variedad de helados. El personal nos informó sobre los alérgenos. Trato excelente muy buena atención,fueron muy amables. En la tienda, un poco de todo y como en todas las tiendas de las áreas de servicio los precios son elevados, pero en esta encuéntranos lo que queríamos. Pequeños detalles de regalo, galletas, bebidas,bollería, chocolates, juguetes, turrones, etc… Máquina de tabaco. Las mesas y comedor muy limpios. Los servicios muy limpios. Tiene una amplia zona de aparcamiento y una fuente con agua potable señalizada. Hay una terraza cubierta en el exterior y máquinas...
