Very relaxed and nice atmosphere. Original and tasteful Mallorquín dishes ,and super friendly staff. The waitress told us an interesting story about the production and social purpose of a wine made by people with barriers to employment. Nette Atmosphäre und schöne Terrasse, allerdings ist kulinarisch und hinsichtlich des Services noch viel Luft nach oben. Die Vorspeise (Pan con aioli und Oliven) ist lecker gewesen. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass es sich bei dem Brot nicht um klassisches Weißbrot gehandelt hat. Auch die Hauptspeise ist in Ordnung gewesen (Lachs mit Tumbet). Der Lachs war an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein wenig trocken. Das Tumbet hingegen war lecker, hätte evtl. ein wenig mehr sein können. Die Nachspeise (Orangensorbet) ist leider ein kompletter Reinfall gewesen. Unter einem Sorbet stelle ich mir leider etwas anderes vor, als eine in eine Glasschale gepresste und komplett gefrorene und kristallisierende Masse, in die man nur mit viel Mühe und Kraft hineinstechen konnte. Auch geschmacklich war es nicht überzeugend und nach Orange hat es auch nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Nach kurzer Reklamation wurde das Dessert auch von der Rechnung genommen. Beim Gespräch mit dem Chef hatte man den Eindruck, dass diese Nachspeise nicht zum ersten Mal reklamiert wurde. Auch das Personal muss sich in seinen Abläufen noch finden und man sollte dem Gast nicht solange er noch von der Vorspeise etwas isst, seinen Teller und sein Besteck aus den Händen wegnehmen, weil der Hauptgang gereicht wird. Hätte ich mich nicht selbstständig, nach kurzem Warten, um das Bringen von neuem Besteck gekümmert, wäre wahrscheinlich kein Neues gebracht worden. Excellent food - not like any typical touristic place serving the same as everywhere. A mix of joyful tastes, ambiente and service. The indigents are top quality and combined with the meal esthetic presentation on the plate made the perfect dinner for us. We highly recommend this place also for desserts - they are unlike anything other in Spain, where they are usually oversweeten and served with lots of sweet sauces.
