Burger King — Restaurant in Seville

I got food poisoning here. It was, without exaggeration, the worst restaurant and fast food experience I’ve ever had. Someone needs to inspect this place to ensure it’s complying with proper food safety regulations, which, based on my experience, it clearly isn’t.

I ordered a chicken burger menu using the self-service screens. Only after placing the order did I realize how poorly the place was being run, every burger station was overcrowded with pre-made burgers, all sitting out in the sweltering heat of Seville.

The first burger I received was rock hard. When I asked for a replacement, the new one was barely any better. I noticed halfway through that the chicken was slightly pink. Since I’d never had food poisoning before, I naïvely thought, “What’s the worst that could happen?”

The following days were absolutely terrible. This experience has made me far more cautious about food safety. The staff working that day should be ashamed, they allowed things to get completely out of control. I can only imagine how many other people also got sick.

It was incredibly irresponsible. I’m lucky I’m young and healthy, but I dread to think what might have happened if someone older or more vulnerable had eaten that burger.

Avoid this place...

This was the most disgusting, filthy, lowest quality Burger King experience I've ever had in the world. The food was cold, poorly put together, and pre-cooked, waiting in big piles under heat lamps. The table area was littered with uncleaned tables, in fact there were no clean tables. I watched a staff member push garbage down with her bare hands into an overflowing garbage recepticle and then return to serving food. The burger I ordered was on a stale, crumbling bun, was poorly put together, cold and tasted terrible. I have been going to Burger King for more than 45 years. This was simply embarrassing. What a huge disgrace to the Burger King name. I ordered VEGAN nuggets from the screen, paid, and was given actual chicken nuggets. I didn’t check right away, but when I did, I took them back. The manager, wearing an orange shirt, didn’t speak English while working at an INTERNATIONAL airport. From what I gathered, they don’t even carry vegan nuggets. Instead of addressing the mistake, he turned his back and ignored me completely—despite the fact that I was the only one standing there. No wonder this location had 2 stars reviews!
