This is the worst Starbucks that I’ve ever seen. The staff is indifferent even though you’ve stand at the counter for 5 minutes. They even don’t know how to use card machine to receive money. What unprofessional staffs are! Worse still, flies are everywhere at the store, even on the coffee machine, food storage fridge and on the tap! I'm a loyal Starbucks customer, and I have to say I was quite disappointed during my recent visit. I tried to use the Starbucks app to redeem a free coffee with my accumulated points, but to my surprise, it didn't work at this particular Starbucks location. The staff informed me that they don't accept app redemptions, which left me feeling let down. As a frequent customer, this was disheartening, and I hope this issue can be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience in the future.

Como CLIENTE HABITUAL de Starbucks y un usuario frecuente de la aplicación, me acerqué al mostrador para canjear un café gratuito que tenía disponible en la aplicación de Starbucks. Para mi sorpresa, el personal me informó que en esta sucursal en particular, no se aceptaban canjes a través de la aplicación y mencionaron que "la aplicación no funciona aquí". Esta situación fue inesperada y decepcionante, ya que no había enfrentado este problema en otras ubicaciones de Starbucks que visito con regularidad.

Como usuario frecuente, considero que una empresa tan reconocida y respetada como Starbucks debería cumplir con sus promesas y mantener una experiencia uniforme en todas sus tiendas. NO DEBERÍA HABER EXCEPCIONES NI EXCUSAS cuando se trata de la aplicación de Starbucks y sus beneficios. Si una sucursal elige utilizar el nombre de Starbucks, debe ser consistente en la prestación de servicios y NO SOLO UTILIZARLO PARA LO QUE LES CONVIENE.
