Restaurante gure txoko — Restaurant in Sitges

I go to Barcelona and Coast cities such as Sitges where this restaurant is located for over 15 years. It amazes me in the small town of Sitges which gets very crowded in the summer, where I see people sitting in the Central Plaza at restaurants sitting outside just to see and be seen and spending five to seven dollars on a tapa when one day 3 years ago somebody suggested I go to a place on a back street that has been there since the 1940s named El Donostiarra. The top is here with the conversion from the Euro come to about a dollar 65 each the food is outstanding on the top of the bar they put the hot food which comes out every two or three minutes on plates to the right and the cold food in an elevated refrigerated area on the left. I was so amazed how good the food is there the first time I was there I think I at 8 tapas and I had a large glass of draft beer which I think was to Euros prices are amazing food is amazing. When I am there I go there at least four or five times I cannot get enough of...

We visited 3 times during our week in Sitges recently, after first going 5 years ago and hoping the food and vibe would be the same. We were not disappointed. A great range of fresh Pintxos at 2.20 each and good value drinks meant this is a great place for a good value lunch or snack. We went both quite early in the day - 12-1pm and mid-evening when it was much busier, but we were welcomed in and given a table and it was fun to experience the livelier vibe at that time. Definitely a place we'd recommend and will make a point to go back to next time...

El destino quiso que el tren dónde íbamos mi hermano y yo, se saltara una estación y nos dejara en Sitges. Era territorio desconocido para nosotros, pero decidimos aventurarnos y salir de la zona de confort. Confiando en lo que la providencia nos tuviera preparados. Conocer este lugar ha sido un regalo de valor inconmensurable para nosotros. Mientras íbamos explorando, no cesábamos de toparnos maravilla tras maravilla. Nos aventuramos a través de las hermosas calles. Como si supiéramos el camino de memoria, tras haberlo atravesado cientos de veces antes, hasta llegar a la Taberna, protagonista de esta historia. Los pinchos están deliciosos y la calidad-precio es inmejorable. El equipo que lo gestiona es muy agradable y atento sin excepciones. Por eso, queremos expresar nuestro agradecimiento. Nos gustaría hacer una mención especial, sin desmerecer a nadie, simplemente por haber tenido más trato con él, en estos días. Nos referimos a David: Una persona con un carisma único y que consigue que te sientas especial con una simple palabra o gesto. Una rareza en estos tiempos que nos ha tocado vivir. Dónde empatizar e interesarse de manera sincera por el prójimo, parece ser de una época pasada muy lejana en el tiempo. Eres un fenómeno :) Aparte de llenarnos el estómago con gran variedad de delicias, también hemos nutrido nuestro espíritu con la energía tan especial que se haya en este lugar. Hemos cogido fuerzas y recobrado nuestra esperanza para la lucha diaria, en esta historia inacabada por el momento, llamada vida. ¡Muchísimas gracias a todos y todas y hasta pronto! Un fuerte...
