This place is a truely enjoyable place to eat! Not only is the food excellent,so is the service. Pablo who owns the place is a very welcoming man who has a good sense of humour.He really does look after all his customers and he genuinely appreciates the custom. He is very generous and he always gives us something before our main meal arrives,and he is generous with brandy coffees and liqueurs. Try the fillet of pork medallions with the berry sauce or the cod with tomatoes.....amazing! Also his steaks are the best we know on the island! They are better than at La Portena in Puerto Calero! The desserts are fantastic.Try the rice pudding or the cheesecake or the chocolate coulant. This is one of our favourite places to eat,because of the whole dining experience! We just happened to be staying in a Villa opposite this place and my, my what a stroke of luck. The food was fantastic! There is a pork dish with a localised sauce which is probably some of the best food I have ever eaten. Even the chips are home made genuine potatoe in all shapes and sizes. Everyone I attended with vouched for how nice this place is.

If you're staying on or around the Puerto del Carmen strip this place is probably a 10 minute drive or roughly 12 euro in a taxi away, but I assure you it is worth it.

We are staying in a villa across the street from this lovely restaurant. We had been recommended to go, and we could not have had a better experience. Pablo was the perfect host, the atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. We had the Iberian Pork with a beautiful sauce and it was perfectly tender and delicious. Desserts afterwards were also amazing. This was probably the best meal we have had in all our years coming to Lanzarote, and when the bill arrived we were very surprised at how reasonable it was.
