Started early, server had communication issues with English but service with a smile, and worked to overcome language issues to give great service. Started with fish and starters, everything was amazing, anemones were very good, the octopus was very tasty according to the cbw. The croquet were exelent. The tuna belly toast was very good. The last dish, I asked our server what was best(thank god for Google translate) the artichokes with ham, was amazing a perfect flavor for a simple dish, exactly what you would expect, the suprise was the pop you got of flavor when mixing with beer, cava and water each brought out a different flavor, which made a great dish fantastic. I wish I could make sure that it would be the same twice, but this one time made it that even if it was one of a kind it's one of those dishes I hope people experience once...

Respecto a la comida he de decir que lo que probamos estuvo todo dentro de la normalidad, nada destacable. Pedimos un as croquetas de atún y, la verdad, sabían a todo menos a atún. Tenían salmón ahumado, quizás para simular el sabor a pescado que da el atún, no sé, eso me pareció a mí. No sabían a atún. También probamos el carpaccio de retinto. Más de lo mismo, abusando en demasía de unas hierbas que se suelen usar en la cocina italiana, creo que los canónigos, no estoy seguro. Están en todos los platos que hemos probado, excepto en las carnes a la brasa. Pues el carpaccio, con abundante hierbecita de esa y sin sabor ninguno, no me gustó. Y pasamos al plato principal. Pedimos varios entrecot de retinto, normales, no para tirar cohetes. Eso sí, se agradecería que cambiasen los cuchillos, era imposible cortar la carne cuando tenían el nervio o la grasa.
