Stayed in Bolonia for a few days and visited La Marisma a few times in the late evening to grab a meal and pizza.
The restaurant is always very busy in the evening and usually there is a waiting list for a table. The restaurant is very close to the beach in Bolonia.
The speciality of the restaurant seems to be pizzas as more than 90% of the tables were having pizza. During the meal I noticed that they offer takeout and the stream of square boxes leaving the restaurant seemed to be endless.
Even after the wait the service was very fast the staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming.
The turn around was quite quick and the pizzas Arrived within minutes. For my taste they could have been a slight improvement on the taste and the tomatoes and sauce.

El verano pasado estuve por Bolonia, playa petada, atasco de casi una hora para entrar por lo que el buscar un restaurante que no estuviese petado se presentaba casi misión imposible. Después de descartar varios chiringuitos pasamos a la segunda línea de playa en buscar de restaurantes interiores y topamos con Pizzeria La Marisma.
No pudimos tener más suerte, solo esperamos 10 minutos para que nos diesen mesa y mientras tanto echamos un vistazo a la carta rica en pizzas, platos italianos y pescado y carnes de la zona. Ïbamos hechos al cuerpo que la espera de mesa y sobretodo la comida iba a ser eterna pero nada mñas lejos de la realidad! Tan pronto nos sentamos nos tomaron nota y en menos de 5 minutos ya teníamos en la mesa nuestra ensalada césar. tan pronto retiraron plato trajeron unas puntillitas (en Málaga los llamamos calamaritos) perfectamente fritas. La pizza, según nos recomendaron los camareros, nos decantamos por la barbacoa. Masa hecha al momento, perfecto de salsa, mozzarella y tomate. Los dos postres caseros, a cual más rico.
En resumen, una opción muy recomendable si no te importa el no estar en un chiringuito a pie de playa, aunque se encuentra a una calle. Friendly staff but I must have come on a bad day… Drinks were served when I was halfway through my main course and they weren’t what I ordered, so another long wait.
