Nomada Tavernes Playa — Restaurant in Tavernes de la Valldigna

I had a really nice experience at this restaurant. The menu has a bit of everything from mediterranean dishes to Mexican or Peruvian. I am generally sceptical when there is too much variation on the type of cuisine but in this case it all comes together really well. You can tell that owner, who trained in fine-dining restaurants in Amsterdam, knows what he’s doing. The octopus was a clear highlight, perfectly cooked and full of flavour and the ceviche was fresh and delicious. The cocktails were also excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly. Thank you so much for such a wonderfull experience. Came here with my girlfriend to have some lunch and we was blown away. We was greeted at the door by wonderfull staff who you can see have alot of passion for their work. As we sat down the menus were presented and explained really well. Staff has alot of knowledge when it comes to food and beverage and I highly recommend to try some of their speciality dishes.

From the cocktails to the food we left super happy and full without spending a fortune. We have decided to make this place our daily restaurant for the rest of our vacation.

Nomada is the gem of Valencia ❤️ Visited Valencia with my girlfriend, we had this nice walk on the beach where we found Nomada. The staff was really welcoming and super professional. You can see that they really take care of the restaurant. The food was amazing. We took a few dishes to share. The burrata was amazing and really fresh, Ceviche was out of this world. We absolutely loved it.
