The first thing I enjoyed about this restaurant, was the fact it is only open a few nights a week giving it an almost exclusive feel. If you discover this place and it's open, you've found buried treasure. It is a really nice venue with a great restaurant experience to have. The staff are very friendly, and attentive presenting the amazing looking dishes. Now as for the food, you will not be disappointed. A decision to have caramelized Octopus among other dishes was a great choice and new way to eat it this way. The whole dish paired well with the textures and flavour combination, with me pleasantly surprised. You'll find yourself mopping up any remaining sauce, as every thing you order is so good you'll want to return the plate back clean.

Took rice with the lobster wasn’t the best we ever had , it was really salty but the seafood that was inside was really tasty (mussels, langostinos,..). The waiters were in a big rush because we were there on Saturday so it was full of people, it took us forever to pay and the dessert was also not overwhelming (cheesecake with strawberry Marmelade on top) but also not so bad. Still got a recommendation for the pulpo (octopus) and next time when we are here we will try that !! And come back

Absolutamente lamentable.

We went her while visiting La Graciosa Island as part of a tour And only had 2hrs on the island

We were told bu the local guide the island relies heavily on tourism as this and fishing is the only way for them to make money

So we get find this reasturant at 1.50 pm Menus are only in Spanish (I asked apologetically if they had English menus, told they dont , I said its ok we can work it out)

Order 3 colas me and daughter at table third member of or party had nipped to toilet (and had asked inside if any English menus as didn't know it was being asked outside)

2 drinks come to the table after 10mins and the young waitress looks at 3rd party member as if they shouldn't be there and says I only brought 2 So we ask for a dorada beer for them She acts like she doesn't know what we mean

A little explaining as we think maybe our accents are causing the issue Finally understanding Goes back brings drink

I ask of we can order food Again I'm explaining 3 times because pointing to the menu apparently I'm not being clear 😒

To be told my partner will take your order

Another group sit down whilst this is happening

We wait for someone to take the order still Another staff member comes out clears table next to us that has emptied The new group that had arrived during our drink/food exchange get there drinks

The lady who ckeard the table next to us is now back with food for the group that arrived and then proceeds to wipe the table next to us

When she has done we ask to order food again guessing she takes food orders Nope we are told we have to wait for the wait for someone else to take our order

Its now 2.20pm we've waited 30mins just to order food

Then the original waitress brings out plates and cutlery places it on the table and goe to walk away

So we ask again can we order food She says you've not ordered We say no we asked you, you said someone else would take the order We asked the other lady she told us we had to wait for someone else And still no one has taken our order

Everyone else In the place inside Nd out at this point had or has had food

So its now 2.30pm I ask for the bill for the drinks and explaining we only have one and half hours now left on the island

Young waitress again goes back to making out she doesn't know what we are saying when asking for the bill

We know our total is €6 for the 3 drinks Smallest i have is €10 so I give her it say its for drinks she goes off inside

While I wait for change and rest of our group stand to leave the older waitress comes out glaring at me and saying basically what So again I explain we only have 2 hours on the island and we have waited over 30mins just for someone to come take our food order

Then a male appears to apparently take our order and again we say we now don't have time

And still the other girl hasn't brought back the change

The older waitress then snarls Well sorry tables are full

So I pointed out the tables maybe full but we have waited over 30mins just to place a food order Been told different people will come take it yet no one has And everyone else I the place was already eating or were even served after arriving and ordering after us

Again the girl still haven't come back with the change And this had been a good 5 mins since I gave her the money

We walked away and left it

For a place that apparently relies on tourism to survive they are not very welcoming

We went back to the front and gave our money to a little bakery there as we didn't have time to sit and eat at one of the other resturants

And if I could give 0...

Typical scenario when the dinning is far larger than the kitchen. They fill up the place to have half the customers waiting forever to get their orders out. If you get there at 1pm and order before "the Tour de France" starts, you might like it. In our case, we were seated at 1:45 having to wait a full hour to get our "lapas" starter and another hour to get the rice. We left at 5:15pm. The food we ordered (the lapas and the "caldoso" rice") was pretty average. I would not recommend the place unless you are in the lucky first wave. And do not be fooled. Getting seated is not guarantee that you'll get to eat before...
