Restaurante Acacia — Restaurant in Torre Pacheco

Service was terrible. We arrived at 745 for our booking and were seated promptly. Our drinks order was taken and arrived pretty quickly but that was the end of good service. We ordered our food around 755. Two tables who ordered after us got their starters before us so my husband then flagged to a waiter was there an issue. The waiter just said I’ll check and never came back to us. We then waited an additional ten minutes and asked our server what was going on. She then rudely came back and threw down some chips covered in sauce and said kitchen busy. Our starter eventually arrived 50 mins after ordering and it wasn’t even what it was supposed to be. We ate it as we were so hungry at this stage. The server then realised she was in the wrong and rude so offered a free round. We have no issues with mess ups or delays. We have both worked in hospitality and know mistakes happen. It was the way it was handled was very unprofessional. Pizza arrived and it was fine nothing to write home about. We then ordered some dessert which took 15 minutes to arrive a long with an espresso. The dessert tasted like it was defrosted. We were waiting some time to try get the staffs attention to pay the bill so we eventually got up and went to the bar. A male waiter was extremely rude when we asked could we pay. We won’t...

Sadly very disappointed. Pizza for kids. Filet steak for adults. Pizza way too heavy on the sauce and cheese so slices had to be rolled to eat as they were very soggy. Tasty but with pizza less is more. Kids chips were very overdone. Kids didn’t touch. Adults chips were very underdone. Steaks were a disaster. Both ordered medium rare. First steak came well done. Said nothing ate it. Wife’s steak came well well well done. Grey in center. Said to waitress. Brought a replacement 4 minutes later. She asked me to check if was ok by touching it. I’m not a chef but suspected a bit under. I said fine as wasn’t really sure by touch. Cut open and it was more than blue. Ice cold in fact in center. Felt like the chef was being spiteful for mentioning the overdone steak. No apology. Servers didn’t really want to hear anything we had to say. If you are into good food this isn’t the place to go. Problem is not much around here. Been here a lot but struggling to find the motivation to keep returning. Chefs, servers, management, we like the restaurant but a lot of room...

We walked in and hadn’t had our drinks taken to for 40 minutes - after we gained there attention - and other tables seemed to have been in the same situation as others were frustrated with the waiters as they run about and completely ignore you, my partner and I finally ordered drinks and we were ready to order food after waiting for so long but multiple waiters walked past and ignored us, we finally got to order food after trying to get waiters attention for another 20 minutes, our starters arrived which we’re really tasty. My partner wanted to add to the order however the waiter huffed at his request and walked away and then ignored us for the rest of our experience.
