There are few restaurants who can boast a host with the most, while at the same time producing such good quality food as does Santiago. Treated as best friends. Food was superlative, all the arroz dishes were great. The paeilla was outstanding, close to Spanish home-made. We only had fish dishes and all of them were no less than excellent (you have to try the pulpo and the fried calamari). Price is ok, not cheap, but not expensive either given the quality. We had a very nice and delicious evening yesterday. A very kind owner/ cook. The quality of the food, and the presentation were high level ( baby squid, salmon and brass a la plancha..) The chef did everything to please us and give us a warm welcome. We’ll certainly go back to taste his great desserts...
