As per the recommendation of some friends, we visited this place for lunch. The two of us decided to go for the all out menu. It was simply spectacular. Jefe Juan is a real artist expressing his culinary creativity like a painting with lots of unexpected combinations of all kinds of flavors. Just as an illustration, never would have considered ordering (or eating) Cucumber pesto salad with a goat cheese flavoured bulb of icecream on top. Highly unusual but a lovely taste explosion. The waiters were very friendly, serving the different courses at exact the right pace. They took the time to explain the different courses. And where they sometimes struggled to explain it in English, Jefe Juan jumped in himself to do the honours. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and consider it a must visit for food lovers. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the Murcia area and this will be my first...

Un lugar donde la magia culinaria se despliega. Desde el momento en que cruzas la puerta te envuelve una atmósfera de calidez y desde el primer plato al ultimo se siente la magia. Cada plato en Venecia Gastro 3.0 es una obra de arte, una composición de sabores que se entrelazan en las papilas gustativas. El chef (JUAN), un maestro de la gastronomía, se nota que utiliza ingredientes frescos, transformándolos en creaciones que desafían los sentidos, una explosión en el paladar. Desde el primer bocado los sabores se despliegan en capas, revelando matices inesperados y creando una sinfonía que deleita el paladar. No sabría con que plato quedarme: las anchoas con mantequilla trufada, las huevas de mujol, Las croquetas de costillar de cerdo y kimchi casero, que han sido super especiales, los tigrethai, el atún rojo con escabeche de remolacha, el tartar de lubina y crema acida de mandarina, los dumpling de oreja, los calamares a la parrilla con salsa de butifarra y tomates frescos, lomo de bacalao marinado en ajo negro, abanico de bellota con cous cous....todo una delicia. Y el postre.....ummmm... el fondat de chocolate blanco y avellana, gel de café asiático y helado de leche merengada ha sido espectacular.

Me han gustado TODOS. Cada uno aportaba un sabor nuevo, una mezcla única , todo un placer gastronómico. y si acompañáis la comida con un vermut casero ya es el colofón.

We love gastro dining but expected more with these prices. We feel very basic ingredients were used and we stopped ordering even though we could still eat. Spent 80€ to share 1 salad, dumplings, 1 fish and 1 meat dish and a bottle of cava. The meat dish was very dry on a bed of stale bread crumbs and slices of grapes...so disappointing that I forgot to take a picture of it....
