Burger King — Restaurant in Torremolinos

I don’t often go out of my way to write negative reviews but I was absolutely repulsed by every single thing I put in my mouth from here today. I got the king Dabiz meal and an ice cream. the sprite was flat, the fries were cold and tasteless and the ice cream was meh. But the worst part was the burger. I have gone to bk all my life and never tasted anything so awful. Even looking at the burger patty made me want to vomit. It’s possible that bk quality in general is much much lower than the days of old, but I have been disappointed a few times by this bk. The employees are fine so this is not an attack on them but my god, I think I have purchased my last bk ever. I never thought I’d say that bc I always preferred them to McDonald’s but I’m officially tapping out.

Oh and I paid €16 for that trash. Never again.

Hice el cumple de mi niña el día 2 de Diciembre, llevé como 22 niños o así... "Ricardito" así pone en su chapa identificación, fue quien estuvo de "azafato" para pedir lo que quisiéramos sin tener que ir a pedirlo nosotros...... Una sola vez lo vimos a coger la nota de comida, 1 hora que se paga a 10€ menos mal q no pagué más horas, porque Ricardito se le vio menos el pelo que a ninguno de los que estuvo en cocina. Teniendo que ir todas las veces q me pedían en esa hora a caja .... Hay una trabajando morena con ojos achinados que empatía para el sitio que trabaja, debería tener un mínimo de respeto y empatía con las personas y sobre todo, con los niños, no siendo el primer problema con una madre.... Una chulería y una soberbia que hace plantear no volver a hacer el cumpleaños allí gracias a "está" trabajadora. Le pido la tarta, 2-3 veces al menos.... Me trae las tartas congeladas y con solo una vela, cumpliendo mi niña 6 .... Tuvo que ir otra trabajadora a comprarlas de buya porque no estaban preparados aun habiendo echo la reserva 2 semanas antes. Quitando a estas dos personas, el resto del personal sin problema, espero que estos dos empleados se tengan en cuenta las quejas de los que solemos ir a comer y sobre todo a los niños, que se les pegue un poco la empatía por las demás personas y que le corra la sangre un poco más por las venas al Ricardito que para ese puesto de trabajo no lo veo cualificado ya que estaba más perdido que el barco del arroz . Servicio pesimisisimo por estos dos para los 150€ que pagué por el...

Took them 10 mins to prepare Milkshake, Icecream and store-bought waffle. Milkshake was in wrong cup, without paper straw, but with a giant plastic spoon. #ecology, but let add more plastic...... Also melted. If I wouldn't check the waffle right there - we would have waffle without any topping, even though we ordered double chocolate. Don't even know why I give them any "second" chances, they f it up every time....
