Where do I start?? First of all we waited 15 mins for an order( they were at number 23 and we were 25 so not full) Second they do not sell milkshakes(one of the staples of McDonald’s) Third the fries were soggy NOT McDonald’s fries for sure. Fourth the fillet o fish didn’t have tartar sauce or the half slice of cheese. Fifth I tried the crispy chicken bbq flavour…loads of lettuce and a tiny piece of bland chicken. Six they prepared the McFlurry first and left it standing for 14 mins it was half melted by the time I got my order. Seven I ordered an apple juice and and orange juice.. I got two orange juices. ALSO I had to come back ( lucky I noticed before getting home) They hadn’t put the ice creams or extra burger in the bag … he said to me” lucky you noticed) They had 8 clients in there and couldn’t Do anything right or quick I thought McDonald’s was the same all over the world. Mi experiencia en este McDonald's dejó mucho que desear. Para empezar, las máquinas no reconocieron el código QR de mi app, y al introducirlo manualmente tampoco funcionó. Me vi obligada a ir a la caja para que el personal lo hiciera por mí.
Pedimos 5 menús con 4 helados para después. Nos ofrecieron salsa barbacoa para las patatas, aceptamos, y conseguimos una mesa en la terraza. Sin embargo, nos trajeron toda la comida de golpe, incluyendo los helados, cuando claramente habíamos indicado que eran para después. Les dijimos y se los llevaron a refrigerar.
Al revisar la bandeja, vimos que no nos habían puesto ni un solo sobre de ketchup, solo una salsa barbacoa para 5 porciones de patatas. Al reclamar en la caja con el ticket (habíamos gastado casi 80 €), la respuesta fue que si no nos preguntaron si queríamos ketchup, era problema nuestro. Nos dijeron que si lo queríamos, teníamos que pagarlo aparte. ¿En serio? No nos lo preguntaron al hacer el pedido, no vimos qué marcaron en su sistema, y ahora resulta que el fallo es nuestro.
Para rematar, cuando fuimos a recoger los helados más tarde, nos informaron que se los habían dado a otras personas. Tuvimos que esperar a que hicieran nuevos.
