Karma Terrace — Restaurant in Torrevieja

What a find !

What an absolute treat to find this new bar.

Really chilled & laid-back vibe. No sports TV to spoil the ambience either, for a change.

House white and beer were both tasty, and served in beautiful glassware, quite different to the usual offerings at local bars we've tried.

There was no pressure to order extra, and no attempt to upsell (again, unlike some other local places we've tried), but Carlos and his colleagues were on hand to remove empty glasses and provide top ups as required.

Amazing view of the pink salt lakes from the terrace, which was large & airy, with a choice of seating either in full sun or shade (plus the option of air conditioned seating inside as well).

Considering how close to the main motorway we were, there was barely any road noise to spoil the mood.

We look forward to a return visit very soon, and wish Carlos and the team all the very best.

Stopped for a coffee and maybe a bite to eat. It was 2pm, food finished at 1pm but did not start again until 5ish. Had a coffee looked around. Very small interior, loverly views, great music, good vibe. Will stop off again when we fancy a wine or beer, because it was nice. But if it rains inside would be v. Very crowded only 2 tables a two and a four. Needs more shelter in the winter!

It is also above the supermarket. You can’t get to it from the inside. Ramp and stairs to the left of the supermarket (non food btw) entrance.

Why 3 stars? Well we did not try any food or hard drink, only coffee. It’s difficult to give more on what we did not use. I said it was pleasant and we would go back.

Offered a suggestion about the open air aspect and you have kindly responded. I also told the people who read the reviews that you cannot get into the cafe from the shop. IT SAYS YOU CAN ON GOOGLE MAPS. I think...

We had already driven past it a few times. Eventually, we stopped and went to take a look.

A week later, we invited a few friends. The first impression turned out to be the right one.

Today we went back again. Karma Terrace Los Balcones, a lounge terrace with a stunning view over one of the salt lakes, with the outlines of Torrevieja in the background. Especially after sunset, it offers a romantic and relaxed atmosphere.

The kitchen serves a limited menu of culinary delights. You can enjoy the aftertaste on the terrace while sipping one of the cocktails.

Truly recommended if you know how to appreciate quality.
