Restaurante Little Village — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Seriously, an untouched gem here. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. At the time of writing, Little Village had only been open for 6 weeks. So, they are still evolving and trying new things.

The food itself was absolutely gorgeous. By far the best meal we've had so far on this trip. Beef strips paired with parsnip pureé was next level! Garlic chilli prawns, always a must when in Spain and they did not disappoint. Another sublime plate are the scallops served in their shell. Delicate yet tasty. The menu is very well thought out, with elegant and balanced flavours. It has been difficult to find authentic Spanish cuisine in these, very touristy, parts of Valencia and even though this restaurant is owned by a Swedish family and has a slight Swedish twist to the food, I very much highly recommend this place to anyone. A version of Albondigas and Tortilla would be an awesome addition.

Staff and service were surprisingly top shelf. I say this because customer service is virtually non-existent in Sweden itself. So, to experience a seriously high level of customer service here, is a breath of fresh air. The owner even offered to drive us home!!

Vi har besökt de flesta av Torreviejas högst rankade restauranger och letar alltid efter nya och bra restaurangupplevelser. Detta är tveklöst en av dom bästa och trevligaste av allt vi besökt under femton års tid. Här känns det att det finns ett genuint intresse för både mat och dryck. Menyn består av ett antal suveränt goda tapas samt några huvudrätter. Allt vi provade var av högsta klass och det känns att det finns ett genuint intresse för maten i botten. Vinerna kommer från samarbete med lokala producenter och håller riktigt hög nivå. Dessutom finns ett urval av lite mer exklusiva viner för den som önskar. Dessutom kan man köpa riktigt god färsköl på tapp vilket inte hittas varsomhelst. Läget är centralt och lättillgängligt utan att trängas med folkmassorna runt hamnen. Mycket trevlig och serviceminded personal rakt igenom. Inte ens prisnivån går att klaga på. Inte dyrare ändå någon finare restaurang runt centrum (snarare tvärtom) men antagligen bäst av alla vi...

What a fantastic and cozy restaurant, a must visit to get a beautiful, peaceful moment away from the warm and hectic streets of Torrevieja!

We had a great meal. The tenderloin was a hit, and my vegetarian girlfriend was really pleased with her food too. The wine and beer was excellent as well.
