If you are vegan or vegetarian do not visit unless you really love cider and you're not hungry. Hands down the worst food experience you'll have. The vegan chicken was quite possibly the most disgusting thing made for human consumption in the history of food. I think it was seitan, but it was basically laced in batter and served with some unloved french fry scraping. They need to take this off the menu immediately. The other vegan option was some weird recooked Linda McCartney burger that they're passing off as a steak. Don't be fooled, a tasty vegan steak this is not.

The second course was a huge plate of lettuce with a few minor friends of onion, tomato quarters and something green and sloppy. Yum yum yum, you won't be asking for seconds.

Salad aside, there wasn't a single nutrient between the other 3 courses

Carrot cake is good

(Look, I understand that meat is the thing in this region and that's totally fine. Just give up on the vegan menus unless you're willing to put some thought into what people might...

Una Sidreria de las mejores, donde hemos podido degustar, sus mejores platos y su exquisita Sidra sin restricciones.

Pedimos el Menú para 2 personas compuesto de Chorizos a la sidra, los cuales nos hubiéramos comido un kilo de lo sabrosos que estaban ... pero acabábamos de empezar y debíamos guardar espacio, para el festín que nos esperaba.

Seguimos con una Tortilla de Bakalao, de las mejores k he probado en mi vida y que me perdone, mi Madre!

A continuación nos deleitaron con un Bakalao con pimientos y cebolla caramelizada, de alta cocina, cocinada en su punto exacto, con una textura y un sabor exquisito...el cual no me dio tiempo a hacerle ninguna foto.

El Txuleton, de estrella Michelin, de veras ... tierno, jugoso y en su punto de cocción exacto.

Los postres fueron queso, membrillo y nueces .. y un pastel de queso, que todavia me estoy relamiendo.

Todo ello, yendo una y otra vez a las barricas a beber Sidra hasta saciarnos, como esta mandao!

Pero aun, nos esperaba lo mejor, fue cuando Esteban, salió de la parrilla y nos ofreció un tour para degustar las diferentes Sidras que tiene en el corazón de la Sidreria Saizar.

Sin duda alguna, una experiencia única, degustar ese oro líquido en todo su proceso, hasta llegar a ser embotellado y de la mano de uno de sus propietarios, Esteban. El cual nos transmitio toda su sabiduría y pasion, que tiene por la Sidra. Solo amando lo k haces, puedes ofrecer lo mejor.

Recalcar, por supuesto la profesionalidad y atencion de tod@s sus camarer@s, rapid@s y atent@s en el servicio.

Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar y poder disfrutarlo con los tuyos.

A great experience... we went all in and got the beef as well as the spider crab and dear lords.... SO much food. We knew we were in trouble when the salt cod omelette came out...it was massive. The crab was some of the best I've ever had and the beef was amazing. The price for this was incredibly cheap, cider was included and the drinking cider from the huge casks was a really cool experience.

My 10 year old proclaimed it "probably better than Macdonald's" which is the highest praise you'll ever hear...

Absolutely fantastic time! From beginning to end we all had a wonderful time. It was the Carnival celebrations and everyone was out for a good time. The food was superb and great quality. Chorizo in cider, Tortilla de Bacalao, spider crab and Txuleta. Service, considering close to 250 people were in the Sideria, was very good. The Cupela, where the cider (sidra) is collected was brilliant. The 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience!!

Absolutely fantastic time! From beginning to end we all had a wonderful time. It was the Carnival celebrations and everyone was out for a good time. The food was superb and great quality. Chorizo in cider, Tortilla de Bacalao, spider crab and Txuleta. Service, considering close to 250 people were in the Sideria, was very good. The Cupela, where the cider (sidra) is collected was brilliant. The 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience!!
