Pretty bad, it all started good tbh but after we ordered the food we wanted it all went wrong. First, the time of the food being served, it took too much time and the order was: 2 entrecôtes of vaca gallega, 2 Louisiana food combos, the house salad, fried squid. Let’s start with the entrecôtes, it was practically all fat, and they didn’t taste good at all, I mean the least you expect for a 800g and 50€ steak is to taste good right? Well both of them were a -1/10 quality and the roasted potato that came with it was good. Then the Louisiana combos, they consisted of ranch fries with hot wings and 4 ring onions; the chicken wings didn’t taste good and the skin that covers them up was awfully burned, so that was a no from us. We have no complains abt the salad it was ok. And the fried squid meh, I mean there was a lot of dough (the thing that covers the squid in order to fry it) and when I mean a lot is too much, practically most of it, so we couldn’t enjoy it the way we should had. Another point to consider is the education of certain people, and with that I mean one of the waiters, the rest of them were respectful, but this one the time that we complained abt the food started laughing as if we were ignorant or something like that being very impolite. Basically I would not recommend visiting this place, it was a thing of one time and we’ll never do it again. I strongly suggest the people in charge to be more interested in what’s happening in their restaurant and with their employees. Btw is quite expensive considering the quality, we paid 208.05 and left unsatisfied and...
Read moreMy poor Spanish translation of the menu (habia sido un dia largo) the meal got off to a bumpy start but the intervention of one of the other staff members all got sorted. The starters are big portions, the waiter did warn us but we fallen for that one before, but he was right, a dish is enough to share between two / three depending what's ordered. With the choice of starters and size of the portion the main meal was over shadowed, but votes in; Angus steak 10/10, house steak in garlic 5/10, grilled chicken in garlic 5/10, pork loins 8/10, grilled chicken with almond sauce 10/10. would not normally do point scoring but the table was divided and mob real etc. Wine, Pago De Quintana,10/10, part of my bad Spanish translation ordered a red wine by accident but great, if your a wine lover have a walk inside to the main restaurant area large choice on display and varying price to suit all palates. All in all nice restaurant good food (large portions) and good selection of wines, they also do beer and...
Read moreWe went in for coffee which was OK, but staff need time check the glasses it was served in before giving to customers. There was a big chip round the lip where you put your mouth to drink and I caught my mouth on it. I got a sorry answer. Not impressed at all. I was asked to try their restaurant again after posting the first part of this review, they did say sorry to the chipped glass. So a week later we tried the food. Very very dissapointed I had to send my Bacalao (cod fish) back as it was still raw in the middle and had to wait for a fresh one to be cooked, by this time my partner had finished eating and had to eat mine after alone. I find the first cause bland and the Bacalao very salty. My partners pork ribs were not cooked enough they were pink inside. The service was not as good as I would have expected to say there was plenty of people serving but often just wandering about doing nothing, it took me ages to get the attention of a server. I would not come again even if I...
