I am not sure you’re hiring the right staff here.

We arrived as a group of 6 adults and 2 children (one being very young). We asked to be sat outside, however, the request was met with a hint of condescending tone. Further to this, we convened to sit inside instead as they was a bit of a chill wind and did not want to subject the children to it. We gathered our menus and went inside, politely waiting to be sat accordingly.

The waiter, Oscar, has proved himself completely disrespectful, taking a tone that we’re not accustomed with and further, displaying himself as an individual that takes no interest in working in the hospitality industry. With this said, a genuine smile and greeting would have deemed this review unnecessary, however, his attitude is one of the poorest seen. He was obviously unhappy with our choice to sit inside and was rudely telling, not asking, what we were doing). As a note, I suggest you check your CCTV and read his body language, as well as ours.

On the positive, we were subsequently attended by Borja, who has turned around the whole situation. We have notified him of Oscar, and he waited on our table really well for the rest of our dining episode.

I need to make a note, this is our second visit to your establishment. We have enjoyed your food today the same as we did the first instance. Should we return and see Oscar, we should be very surprised. You ought to find a more suitable role for him, perhaps one where he is not facing customers…with a...

We didn't even get to the food the service was so bad.

I had visited them the day before to book in our table for 16, so they were prepared. They had the table arranged, but after we sat down we were pretty much ignored. We asked for water glasses and water at least 4 times, which never came at all, and countless incorrect drinks were brought. One of the waiters literally rolled his eyes when we said the drinks were not correct, they were so rude. It was clear that they were deliberately hiding behind the language barrier and it seemed like they all just wanted shot of us, so we made their dreams come true and left before even ordering any food.

It was a shame because the food looked quite nice, but we were not going to sit through lunch and put up with that. One of the waiters came over and asked why we wanted to leave. We told them it was because their service was appalling and their waiters were rude. We left an extremely small tip and made our way to Safari Lounge around the corner. We had a lovely meal and were waited on by an incredibly hard working and pleasant Spanish gentleman who made great conversation and made us feel very welcome. The food was...

Food excellent, worse service. A pitty. This is my 5th or 6th visit because the food is good at very good prices. Again I'm sitting here TOTALLY ignored. My aperitive glass still on the table when dinner finished over half an hour ago. During dinner I ordered 1 glass of wine, it took ages and food was finished when the wine arrived... NOBODDY of the sraff ever returns to the table to ask if you want something more. Plenty of waiters, they don't even look at you unless you shout. Sorry, but again I will not take coffee or dessert. Empty plate and glasses on the table, waiters passing all the time. Maybee I will just leave the money (without tip) on the table and leave,... like last time.

I just left THEN the waiter ran outside, checking his machine to see if I have payed. Then he found the cash on the table. Suddenly someone woke up, but the worry about the money was obviously bigger...
