Indian Curry House — Restaurant in Valencia

Ok, I wanted to put zero stars, but I don’t think I can, so I gave very generous one. Let’s talk about food, witch is bad! and what I suspect is not made by Indian because no Indian chef would make food this terrible. Bland, tasteless mess. There was hardly any Indian flavor, no tikka, curry or masala one would only know it supposed to be Indian because it’s came from “Indian” restaurant. My vegetable korma was white, sweet, gooey and made mostly of potatoes, chicken dish locked flavor, and was so intensely red that looked like a red coloring was added. I know this place has a 91% positive rating, from the food we had I truly wonder why. I have no bone to pick with them, I don’t now them. What I expect when I pay for food, services etc. that I will get the best there is, and when that falls short I would let them know. It’s my money you know. We got takeout (with €16 discount from Uber eats) after being recommended this place by several people. The Paneer Karahi and "Chef Special" were exactly the same base. Too salty, too oily with too much red colouring and in no way authentic. The coconut rice again had too much red colouring but was OK, the vegetable samosa and aloo tikki were good but not enough to save the meal. A real shame as I'm a massive curry fan, it just doesn't come close to Swagat in Ruzafa for authentic indian cuisine. I went there yesterday to take away some food. Despite asking them for "super spicy" in hindi, my chicken in spinach was medium spicy.
