Luxury garden restaurant with views. Lack of 'free' shaded areas and very hot concrete makes eating in the sun unbearable. Good food served by rude, abrupt waiters. I felt rushed and unwelcome. Dogs are welcome. There is a pipican nearby.
Restaurant service: I was asked what I wanted to order. I am hungry and thirsty. I am not psychic. I was NOT offered menu.
There is no COVID19 downloadable menu. I asked waiter what beer they had. I was offered the usual trash beers. I was not offered IPA which later they had. I called to my partner to confirm what she wanted. The waiter WAS going to leave without her order. Rushed.
We had to sit in the sun as shaded tables were reserved with no time 'when the table was reserved from'. A lot of people sat in the sun. The concrete floor makes the restaurant terrace uncomfortable and so hot that the 'eating' experience was unpleasant.

This restaurant is a very good restaurant. What let's it down is the staff. They are rude and basically ignore you. It is so hard to get a table, you can wait for ages and be ignored. You have to sit where they put you, even if it is freezing under the air-conditioning. There are specific people who do specific jobs. One takes your drink order. Only one is allowed to take your food order, and you can wait ages if they don't like you. Do not be in a rush when going here. Do not order small things, they will dislike you even more. Porque no puedo puntuar más bajo, porque sin lugar a duda lo haría. Nos pedimos dos copas de Aperol, como veis en la carta pone 3€ la copa, y nos pedimos unas bravas que cuestan 6,60€, cuando vamos a pagar nos traen la cuenta cobrándonos 19,80€. Si sumamos todo, nos saldría 12,60€. Obviamente, reclamamos esa diferencia. El camarero Josep nos dice que hablemos con el encargado dentro. Sin ningún problema hablamos con el encargado Ismael, que por cierto muy mal trato, le decimos porque nos cobra de más, si pedimos DOS COPAS de Aperol y dice que al camarero Josep le dijimos Aperol Spritz, pensemoooos.... Cómo vamos a pedir un Aperol Spritz si en la carta no sale ese producto.. Y además cuando nosotros no somos catadores de licores ni profesionales para saber la diferencia entre un Aperol y un Aperol Spritz, porque confiamos que el camarero nos traiga lo que le hemos pedido. Total le dijimos que obviamente no íbamos a pagar eso, y que nos trajera unas hojas de reclamación, buenooo otro drama con las hojas de reclamación, porque estuvimos como 15min esperando a que las buscará por internet y las imprimiera, cuando TODO establecimiento legalmente debe tener hojas de reclamación!
