This place is a nice cozy and fancy restaurant. Other than that, not much to say. The food it’s ok, but not premium as the prices on the menu.
If you are looking for a Japanese experience, definitely is not your restaurant, even though they have a Japanese look, clean and the restaurant environment is amazing.
The portions are tiny and they look ok, although not excellent as other things that you can find in the restaurant, as I said, the fancy look of the restaurant.
The service were kind but far to be excellent, not helpful. We wait 30 min for our food, and they bring the wrong plate. Besides that, they ask us if want the plate that we didn’t order, obviously, we said we want the food that we order. They delay for another 15 minutes. When the second plate come, they didn’t bring us all what we need in order to eat our sushi, as the ginger and the wasabi. We had to order after waiting too long.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience that we were expecting for this fancy restaurant.

Si está buscando una experiencia japonesa, definitivamente no es su restaurante, a pesar de que tienen un aspecto japonés, limpio y el ambiente del restaurante es increíble.
Las porciones son pequeñas y se ven bien, aunque no excelente como otras cosas que puedes encontrar en el restaurante, como dije, el aspecto elegante del restaurante.
El servicio fue amable pero lejos de ser excelente, no servicial. Esperamos 30 minutos para nuestra comida, y traen el plato equivocado. Además de eso, nos preguntan si quieren el plato que no pedimos, obviamente, dijimos que queremos la comida que pedimos. Se demoran otros 15 minutos. Cuando llegó el segundo plato, no nos trajeron todo lo que necesitábamos para comer nuestro sushi, como el jengibre y el wasabi. Tuvimos que pedirlo después de haber esperado suficiente.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y TRATO. Un restaurante al que no recomiendo a nadie ir. Hacía muchísimo calor (no tienen aire acondicionado en una de las salas). Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos (1 hora y media), nos trajeron SOLO 2 PLATOS CON 3 TROCITOS DE SUSHI. La camarera no se dignó a disculparse en ningún momento por la tardanza Y MENOS A OFRECERNOS ALGO MÁS DE BEBER POR EL TIEMPO QUE ESTABAMOS AHI ESPERANDO EN LA MESA SIN ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA NI DE COMER NI DE BEBER. LO PEOR DE TODO ES: que cuando un restaurante tiene fallos como tardar en servir la comida, lo mínimo que se debe hacer con el cliente es pedir disculpas y aceptar el fallo; pues no, la CAMARERA PREPOTENTE, NO SE DISCULPÓ Y ENCIMA NOS DIJO: "NO PUEDO HACER NADA", dándole igual el cliente y mostrando su antipatía en todo momento. AWFUL SERVICE AND TREATMENT. A restaurant I don't recommend anyone to go. It was very hot and warm inside (they do not have air conditioning in one of the rooms). From the moment we arrived until we left (1 hour and a half), we were brought ONLY 2 PLATES WITH 3 SUSHI pieces. The waitress did not deign to apologize at any time for the delay and LESS to OFFER US SOMETHING MORE TO DRINK FOR THE TIME WE WERE WAITING AT THE TABLE WITHOUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR EATING OR DRINKING. THE WORST WAS THE WAITRESS: when a restaurant has faults such as taking VERY LONG time to serve the food, the minimum that should be done with the customer is to apologize and accept the fault; however, the RUDE WAITRESS, did not apologize in any momento or acknowledge their lateness and fault, she just said "I CAN'T DO ANYTHING", showing her antipathy at all times. Embarrassing. THE SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY EXTREMLY SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW.... BECOMES BORING TO GO TO PLACES SUCH THIS.

We used to like ASOKO villareal 2nd to our favorite. ASOKO VIÑAROZ. Its the best. Unfortunately its our Third or 4th time here in Villareal and we didnt enjoy it. The waitress is rude. Becasue we complain about our food. Its not our first time so we know what we want and what our orders are We even heard them talking in the kitchen and her tone of voice is rude talking to his co worker about our complain. I find it upleasant and we are not coming back here anymore. We prefer to travel almodt teo hours atleast we know the service abd the food are all worth it.
