Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Villarreal

Servers are sleeping bugs. Too difficult to make them help you or place the order. Dirty dishes can stay forever. No hot water in the toilet. But let me tell you about the burgers’ experience. We ordered the burgers and they came super cold as well as the fries. We said that to the server. She didnt apologize and took them away and then she brought them back and they were just the same our burgers (because i remember that i bit mine when i tried it) but heated somewhere in the microwave or i dont know where. We ordered poco hecha. Can you imagine your burger to be poco hecha after you heated them?!!!!!?? Look at the cheese that wasnt even melted. We were in shock. Normally, the restaurant make a new one because they were wrong. Normally! And believe me I’ve been to many places. This is the first time. Mcdonalds can make smth new without heating it up. And you guys are a restaurant. After we asked to refill our beer and they brought us a lemonade You know what? Never be back again! No shame, no apologies, no try...

Una experiencia decepcionante que pide un cambio urgente. Hace unos meses decidimos cenar en este Foster's y, lamentablemente, notamos un descenso considerable en su calidad. La temperatura del local era fría, lo cual no resulta adecuado para el invierno. Además, los platos, tanto infantiles como los nuestros, tenían una pésima presentación y no respetaron el punto de carne solicitado. En comparación con otros Foster's, este restaurante en Vila-real dejó mucho que desear.

Sin embargo, siendo clientes ocasionales, decidimos darle una segunda oportunidad. Hoy volvimos a visitarlo y, desafortunadamente, la decepción fue aún mayor. Los baños de mujeres estaban prácticamente inoperativos: ni las cadenas de los WC funcionaban, excepto en uno de los tres, ni el lavabo estaba en condiciones. Esto obligaba a usar el lavabo de discapacitados ubicado al otro extremo del restaurante, que también tenía problemas: ni el secador ni el dispensador de jabón eran funcionales. El baño de hombres también presentaba problemas similares con el agua.

Desde el inicio, esta visita ya prometía ser una repetición de la anterior, si no peor. La comida volvió a estar mal presentada, y la coordinación del personal fue muy deficiente. Solo hubo un trabajador que destacó por ser atento y agradable, y quien, a nuestro juicio, debería formar al resto del equipo en cómo tratar adecuadamente a los comensales.

Este restaurante necesita urgentemente un cambio de gerente, una revisión exhaustiva de sus instalaciones y una inversión seria en mantenimiento. Los precios que manejan no justifican el estado en el que se encuentra. Es una lástima que, si no mejoran, este establecimiento esté en...

Well... first and last time I went to this place.I would prefer to give it a 2.7 of a star, but that is not possible. It doesn´t deserves a full 3 star... The amount of sugar in the cabbage salad was just unbearable , the steak was definitely a size smaller than ordered (when compared to the other one on the table) and had to be sent back, because they cooked it wrong the first time. For me, it just not worth the effort to going back and eating here again: there are far better options out there,...
