Wonderful food here, with an amazing selection of Ramens and Curries.

I got the Curry Ramen and it was well balanced with flavours and was a very generous portion. My partner got the Vegan Tofu curry which had a great coconut flavour, from what I tried.

The server Elizabeth was wonderful and very attentive to the table and the chef Mamadou is very talented with his flavouring of dishes.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very tranquil with quiet conversations radiating throughout, with a warm lighting really makes you feel comfortable.

I don't know why people give this restaurant low score while it is one of good Asian restaurants I have ever gone. Whenever I went I enjoyed the food especially the soups. I suggest it to those people who love hot soups like me. Additionally, the foods are not over greasy like other Asian restaurants which is very important in health sense. They prepare food freshly, so it can take longer to receive your order. But for me it was okay because I prefer a freshly cooked food than a rapid old food. Me dirijo a Udon Vitoria en general. Sí, es verdad que no es la primera vez que me "devolvéis" el dinero. Puesto que esta vez no he recibido nada, y en anteriores ocasiones todas fueron por errores de los empleados de este restaurante. Yo también tengo copias de todos los emails y conversaciones que he sostenido con vosotros.

Así que se me hará una devolución "si es preciso", cuando antes desde la central me aseguraron que para el miércoles pasado ya tendría el dinero en mi cuenta y que todo ya estaba "gestionado".

Bueno, aunque no me devolváis mi dinero que sepas que el robar y no solo a mí sino a mi familia carece de cualquier código deontológico y no es justo. Como tampoco lo ha sido el trato que he recibido por parte del personal de Udon Vitoria. Solo recuerda que todo en lo que nos habéis afectado, se os repercutirá por tres.

El fallo es completamente vuestro, la supervisora del local comprobó el mismo día de los hechos que ya no se podían hacer pedidos para recoger, por eso puse la dirección del local como lugar de entrega.

Espero que le haya hecho provecho a vuestro repartidor la comida y cena que le regalé, aunque hubiese sido muy cortés de su parte agradecerme por los alimentos ya que decidió no devolver el pedido al local.

Por último, me parece estupendo que vuestras camareras entreguen pedidos a repartidores sin fijarse en la dirección de entrega. Es un hecho que hacen todo con buena fé.
