We just had my daughter's 6th birthday here. A huge success. The staff were manically busy as always - but they provided outstanding service anyway, backwards and forwards, backwards and forwards - for a couple of hours, serving food and drinks for everyone. Really efficient. Really helpful. Really friendly. Special thanks to: Pablo, Neysi, Joan and Joaquin. And the dedicated children's area is perfect for parties for little ones - and even bigger ones! Highly recommended for a child's birthday party. We had 21 children in total plus plenty of adults having drinks - and the total cost averaged about 10 Euros per child. That's a whole lot more 'cost effective' than most other suitable venues. (NB: And they even provide cake. One cake per 10 children. And, unlike most birthday party cakes, the children actually...

I would like to thank you Javea McDonald’s team and especially Pablo, who made our son’s birthday celebration fantastic! We booked it a week before, then arrived at the Xday and the guys prepared and decorate the kids area for our party. Pablo was very efficient, took the order of all the little ones, double checked it. Food arrived in time, no delays, then Pablo made the kids happy bringing them lots of balloons, then cake with candles, what else can you ask? It was very easy and relaxing. Just great experience! Kids are all happy, parents enjoyed the evening with a drink overlooking the little ones jumping and running. Just great! Wish all the team all the best!! Worst McDonald's experience of my life (and I've visited them all over the world). Why? Well all tables were really dirty and some of them had trays with cups, paper and so on. We had table service and in 10 minutes our food was delivered...without napkins, straws and ketchup. I went back to the counter but there was no employee. After 5(!) minutes someone showed up who didn't speak any English. I tried to explain I needed some napkins. Finally he understood and threw a bundle of napkins on the counter...I did not accept this and asked for a coworker. She didn't understand any English either and then I went behind the counter and got myself some napkins... OK, the service was bad but the very dirty restaurant earns...
