Restaurante Montgó — Restaurant in Xàbia / Jávea

A lovely restaurant with fantastic indoor (with air con) and outdoor seating, outdoor has fans mounted on the supporting pillars of the retractable roof; the view of Montgo as the sunsets is stunning. The menu isn’t extensive but what they provide is well cooked, well presented and very tasty; there is a varied selection of Paella though, and it’s good, fresh paella made for sharing - menu says two people but for us it could have been be shared by three, depends upon appetite sizes really. On this occasion we had the Bolognese, hamburger, and Paella. All of them were delicious, those that ate burger agreed it was the tastiest burger we’d ever had. There is a decent selection of alcoholic beverages, and the Sangria is nice. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We have eaten here a few times now and never been...

We have recently returned from our holiday .. our villa was situated across the road to the Montgo Restaurant.. so we thought we’d give it a go .. We walked over to book and a young man was painting outside, whilst it was closed !! He was so helpful and booked us in for that night , we were a party of 12 . It later turned out that the young man was also our waiter ( Luca ) He was amazing, as was the food .. we returned for a second time and yet again we left very happy.. great restaurant great staff and delicious food.. it’s a must try...

Lovely clean restaurant. Only problem was that the service was to fast, we had our starter which the waitress then took our plates before we actually finished proceeded by our main being put in front of us straight away!!! We had ordered a veggie Paella as this was the only option for a vegetarian. I actually didn't have time to order a bottle of wine. We were in and out of the restaurant in one hr if that.

We wanted to have a lovely evening...
