This is the first time I have visited this Heather Bar which has at least one quiz night a week. The beer is fresh and the the air con is cool. Its in flux atm whi h means it has no food at present but this could change in the future. They hold a darts night at presence once a week and you will meet expats who are staying as well as long term stayers. Friendly helpful, with a full village feel along with advice as well as several local bars, cafe's and restaurants. This is not your typical ex pat place to stay or visit. You really need car as alot of the places you'll visit will be 5/10 km away. Plenty local British places to eat and drink at reasonable prices. Hot ie plus 34° in mid October and 28° plus in mud October! You are only 35 mintues to the coast and most parking is free ! The Heather does not do food at the moment but has it is believed that they may look to progress this option going forward. There is a darts team which meets on a regular basis as well as local golf courses which you can join on tempory basis to develope your game. Houses are still available in the immediate are with small gardens off street parking along with a communal pool are still available. There are a notable 2 + 3 bedrooms homes for sale in the area which has been supported by the local community both Spanish, English, Dutch, German and others. This is an ideal place to visit but you will need a car ! Plenty of places to eat including Indian Curry, English cafe + lunch + supper plus others. Communal pools are available to some property's built over 15yrs ago with a few left after the collapse. If you have the chance to visit please do you'll be...
