We visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and have dinner. We paid for our food, reserved a table, and arranged decorations for the celebration. After setting up, we stepped outside to greet the birthday guest, but when we returned about 10 minutes later, we found that our table and decorations had been moved without any prior notice.

When we inquired, a staff member told us that the owner had ordered the change. We spoke to the owner, a woman (possibly Russian), and she rudely explained that she had moved our table because a larger foreign party was coming, saying, 'You have 10 people, I got a bigger party, so we just changed your table.'
