Beware of your order and what you have ordered. They change the order. Iām not sure it was purposely done to me today. I have ordered 1 medium HT BU-Tokyo Teri Rs.3099 and 1Medium HT Teriyaki chicken 2199.
I didnāt bothered about the delay to complete my order because I was waiting having a chat with my brother. Finally the staff member who taken my order at the counter appeared asking whether Iām dining it in or take away. I was bit doubted why he is asking this again and I said Iām dining it in. After a couple of minutes, he appeared with two pizzas which were sealed. My doubt even gone up because normally they do not seal it for dine in. When I have opened it only I have surprised seeing the order. It was completely changed and not what have ordered. Then I Called him and asked where are the mushrooms in my orders which supposed to be. His face was quite in shocked mood after my question. Then he tried convincing me oh no they have forgotten to put mushrooms in it.
Dude I look like a fool. I have asked him to put a fresh order and they have taken it. But I felt it was purposely done after they messing up with some other order.
My point is if someone have never know what will be in their order, would have definitely had it. If that pizza is low cost one, what about the money he paid for.

According to the tracker, my order had been delivered but I hadn't received it yet. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza to arrive, which was completely unacceptable.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. It was clear that the delivery process had taken so long that the pizza had lost all of its heat. The taste was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the hassle of waiting for so long.
I highly recommend that Domino's improve their delivery service and ensure that their tracking system is accurate. If they can't deliver their pizzas in a timely manner and ensure that they are hot and fresh, then they should reconsider their business...
