KFC - Dematagoda — Restaurant in Colombo

Terrible Customer Service. Very Rude and Not professional at all #disgusted. The cashier (Kanchana) did not take my order even though I was right infront of her face, she completely ignored me and took the orders from other customers.

Once she finally took my order, we had to wait more than 1 h for our order.. she gave everyone else who was after us in queue, their orders.. We had to speak to another person for our food to be prepared. #slow #ignorant

I placed an order online and paid at 9.10pm on 21 july 2024 and the time was 10.38pm still no response from them about the order when i called the hotline at 9.40pm to check the status of my order agent told that they will check with the outlet and the agent told that dematagoda outlet is not answering the phone and informed to the delivery manager and i will get a call but no response from any of them. KFC Dematagoda is the worst. They informed that they don't have spicy rice and it will take more time to prepare so we ordered biriyani (large) instead. However they took so much time to prepare our order and I saw they were giving spicy rice to the other customers. Customers who gave their orders after us. When we asked why its taking so much time they rushed and gave us the regular biriyani packs and said that's how their large packs looks like. (Those packs had rice portions less than even the regulars.)...
